Been to many T Bells in my life, this is the worst one ive been too food and drink wise. Their Baja ALWAYS taste messed up and you better check your bag because 9/10 times, they forgot something.

They no longer offer the same deals as other Taco Bell’s in the area. Food was sub par and portions were small. The only thing they had going was they were cheap and they don’t even have that any longer.

I PLACED A PICKUP THE LADY AND DUDE IN DRIVE THROUGH WERE NICE BUT THE PERSON MAKING THE FOOD I COULD HEAR COMPLAINING AND CUSSING ABOUT THE FACT I ORDERED A PICKUP THROUGH THE SPEAKER OUTSIDE AND I HONESTLY THINK SHE DOES NOT DESERVE A JOB AT ALL PERSONALLY AT MY STORE THAT WOULD NOT FLY ONE BIT I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK BECAUSE OF HER!!!

I made an online order from the app before leaving home, and not to my surprise it’s not ready and “there’s a few orders a head of yours” as I’m told. I have now been here for 15 minutes or so, cooks being rude. Pekin store really needs a manager out of high school before this place becomes even worse.

What irritates me most is when someone lies to my face. Having a long drive I requested natural fries to be freshly made. Pulling up to the window with my food already ready told me that request was probably not accommodated. I asked the worker if they were freshly made and she said yes. I checked the bag only to find my fries were lukewarm. I asked again and she assured me that my fries were just made. I told her that the fries were definitely not just made, but she didn't still stated they were. Irritated but not wanting to argue over french fries I proceeded to go home. Also ordered was a grilled cheese burrito. When my son unwrapped it it there was a big hole in the side. Using tortillas that are damaged may not affect the taste of the food but it does affect the quality. It also shows the standard of service at this location.

The employees when I went were rude not only to myself and my company, but also to each other. I'm aware it's a fast food restaurant, but the energy you get when you are greeted with positive energy is much better than not.
Late night drive thru service took my order asked what kind of sauce. I got no sauce, so why ask, . No napkins as well.

Typical fast food. If you go at lunch time or supper time, it is very busy. Pretty calm the rest of the day. You serve yourself & clean up after yourself. Quick in & out!!

Went to this location yesterday evening and they were out of beef/meat the young lady said. That's like KFC being out of chicken lol. Anyway, i was extremely disappointed by this. I will try them again of course. Hopefully I can change this review after!!

Good luck getting any front counter service. Employees are more worried about trying to sleep with each other and staring at customers than to actually work.

My wife and I stopped in for the first time in a couple years and were disappointed to find the store so unkempt. The service and food were good, but the bathrooms were filthy, the tables, floors and drink area were dirty and the sidewalks need a good pressure washing.
