Dr. Jeremy is a genius when it comes to natural remedies for any and all ailments that an individual may be suffering from! He put me on a supplement for a problem that I had been dealing with for some time, probably 5 years plus, and it was better after 2 days! Now, after 5 days, the problem is completely gone! I highly recommend that you come in and chat with this gentleman! You will see very quickly the knowledge that he has been blessed with!

Bought the wrong supplements and wanted to return it unopened. Would not refund and will only give a in store credit. I did not want any other product from there, but they still would not let me return my item without giving a gift card for another purchase in the store. Will not return based on poor customer service. I was warned not to buy there and now I understand why.

While the initial experience was good, my son made a mistake on a product, completely his fault. I asked what the exchange policy is for the company and the reply was rude, and unprofessional.As you see below, he continues his rude, unprofessional behavior. I responded back by letting him know there was not a need tobe rude, and had he asked a question like my son was suppose to, he would realize I was only asking for policy. We are using the product but owner feels the need to lash out. I will be sure to let all the parents know this happened as many of the kids go to this store. I am not an unfair person, and would not cause overage for any small business. I'll refrain from this small business in the future. This has nothing to do with his rules, or product but his lack of character in running a business.
