I ordered Apple Pecan Chicken salad, there were Two small pieces of Apple, Zero blue cheese crumbles, and 4 small pieces of chicken, most of the salad was stem like pieces, it was an $8.00+ salad. I am so disappointed that someone even selected the salad that clearly wasn't a decent salad and sent it out their door. This location is gradually and consistently becoming less quality and things like this are getting more frequent at this location. Previous order from the drive thru, our order was missing a large fry. I won't be a customer at this location for quite some time.

We haven’t been to Wendy’s in years and decided to retry it tonight through the drive-through. I ordered the son of baconator. I could tell by the color of the patties, that they were not fresh! The odd thing is that my girlfriend’s chicken sandwich with no tomato was bigger than my sandwich… my sandwich was 2 patties cheese and bacon . I should have taken a picture but I remember when they had 1/4 patties these were 1/8 patties . They had no thickness to them like literally 3 pieces of notebook paper thick! I’d say the remodel and the customer service was good! But now let’s get those thicker burgers back and Il come back!

Stopped in tonight at 815 to get me and my kid dinner first off the girl working drive thru was rude and acted like she didn't even wanna take my order second of getting to the window she gives me a disgusted look thanks my money out of my hand and shuts the window. Gets my change and then brings my food everything looked to be in the bags get home not even a 5 minute drive open good and everything was cold except my son's nuggies absolutely will not go back to this Wendy's

I ordered a large chili with onions,cheese,sour cream, and extra cheese. I also odered a few other items online so I could eat with my family but never got my sour cream nor extra cheese. After I got home to eat, my family ate while I enjoyed my time with them during my lunch hour. I had to return to get my order fixed but got cheese in a cup and my sour cream for my NOW COLD CHILI. Should've gone somewhere else!!!!!! 😒

Drove from Manito to have a Krabby patty meal. They couldn't offer the meal. They ran out of Krabby sauce...WTG Wendys! Advertising a meal and unavailable!!! Ohhh and it's NEW!!! We drove on thru!!

Worst food ever! I ordered the crispy chicken biggie bag and a lemonade. It took some time for them to give out the orders through the drivetrhru and when I got my food and took it home the nuggets,sandwich,and fries were cold and didn’t taste good. The chicken tasted like fish and the lemonade wasn’t good. All in all it’s fast food!
