Loved everything! Excellent service and delicious food.
Valentine Day dinner and this place was swamped. The small staff was working hard and seated us in 5 minutes with out any reservation. We started with the Vegetable Spring Rolls which were good. Then we had Takoyaki, a softcrispy fritter like ball with a little bit of soft octopus inside like a cheese ball but with savory sauce instead of cheese. Andy and I love us some ramen, especially during the winter. Yasakani takes the cake or should I say bowl for the top spot in central Illinois. Ramen lover approved!

Yasakani Ramen & Grill offers exceptional service with welcoming staff. The food is excellent, delicious, and hot, though the pork curry is not spicy and plain udon may not suit all tastes. Popular dishes include black garlic ramen, Shoyu, and the new favorite Chicken Katsua Curry. Ramen takes a bit to come out but is worth the wait. Takeout is packaged wonderfully, and the waiter is fantastic. This new restaurant is a favorite.
