I had my gender reveal cupcakes made from them.. Ordered a dozen, half of them didn't have filling and then the ones that did we had to guess if they were blue or white. I felt like they were rushed and I was disappointed.
Last week I was the recipient of a German Chocolate cake. Sadly for $60.00 it was dry and inedible. I called to express our disappointment and the person who came to the phone after I asked for the manager said we didn't allow the cake to thaw long enough. I know the difference between frozen and dry. The cake had several hours to thaw before the time it was cut and presented after dinner.
