I’ve always liked Alexander’s but was really taken back by the 20% surcharge now added to debt/credit cards It turned a $121 meal into $160 plus with tip. I think the staff should be more transparent about this up front. Kind of ridiculous to charge that much to use a card. The fees for cards isn’t that much from the card companies per transaction. Really disappointed.
Our server Alli was EXCELLENT!!
I ordered the pork chop there. A very dry and choky one with nice seasoning. Later spoke with manager there. Lied to me they were not frozen and they were fresh.
I'm from the Philippines where they are fresh and not frozen. World of difference.
