“Initially, our order was completely wrong. We did not realize this until we got home. We called the store and they asked us to come back. They more than made up for their mistake. We got extra fish and even a coupon for a free fry. I understand mistakes happen, but its all about how you fix them. This store did an amazing job. Customer service at its best!“

“Pulled up ordered a small D. Coke, got to the window and was greeted by a very sweet employee who said she took care of it. Free drink served with a smile. Thank you! My pup passed away recently and this was such a great surprise when needed.“

“Due to halal concerns, we do not have many choices except fries and fish sandwiches. Unfortunately, I rarely get the fish menu there. I took four curly fries, and 90 percent were broken, which disappointed us. It seems they do not have enough customers. I hope they will survive with pride and quality.“
