Not a bad visit for a typical Older Arby's location!! Service wad good and the food just about right for a value meal purchase. Fries were on the borderline buuut that's Arby's!!
Very friendly staff, very helpful giving me a drink carrier inside the store. Very clean! The pop from the machine was the PERFECT blend of carbonation to syrup ratio!! The food here is ALWAYS fire!

They asked us twice about our order and went to eat and they got sandwiches wrong. Went inside to have them redo it and 10 minutes to get our right sandwich. Meanwhile chicken sandwiches were going out the door.

Went thru the drive thru at 7:05 pm on 11/4/23. Young lady taking my payment and handing me my food said nothing the entire time---literally not one word. No "thank you", "here's your card back", "can i get you anything else?"..... Nothing. She either needs retrained, reassigned to not interact with customers, or a different job entirely.

Pulled up ordered a small D. Coke, got to the window and was greeted by a very sweet employee who said she took care of it. Free drink served with a smile. Thank you! My pup passed away recently and this was such a great surprise when needed.
