can't rate food we never saw a server. I sent in comments about a failed 50th reunion at the Knoxville location and someone was supposed to get back with me about what they could do to make reparations but that was over 2 weeks ago. I really think the old owner treated customers way better

Food was ok. Lg.Salad was skimpy on meat(italian). We got bread and one butter. Each additional butter pat is 35 cents. Pizza was ok. We had to ask Waitress to bring us something to put our salad in and when we paid our bill she asked if we were gonna leave her a TIP! LOL. I said, I always pay tip with cash, she came back before we left and got her tip..WOW

Server was friendly and helpful. Salad was a little small.. Food came out fast and hot. Meatballs added were a little disappointing. Were tiny in size was figuring more close to golf ball size. Cost of extra dressing was a tad too high IMO for a paper cup of maybe an ounce and a half of dressing. Overall had a nice meal. Will stick to ordering no extras, not really needed and would rather be better spent on dessert.

We drove all the way from Texas to visit family. Our favorite place to eat is Avantis. We were informed the bread is no longer free. Which is fine. Its not expensive I'm happy to pay for the bread. But I was informed by our waitress that after 4 butters you have to pay for butter. In all my years alive I've never been charged for extra butter at a restaurant that serves bread. I'm so disappointed. When I brought this to the managers attention she said that was to keep your costs low. That's absurd. When your menus prices are similar to all other places in the area for pasta. Super disappointed with the service and charges. Next they will charge you for to go boxes for food you ate dine in. Such a shame.

Great food in a spacious location. Great service, too!

They packaged up 14 gondolas for me nicely for an event I was catering for and generally if you throw a ton at the kitchen staff they are mean but this kitchen staff was so friendly and inviting even with my huge order! Very much appreciated all their effort!
