Haven’t ate there in awhile just putting the review because you guys seemed to have change the name probably because of the bad rep. But when i first moved here i ordered a pizza and when i opened the box there was a roach on the pizza.

My pizza just got delivered from slicehub, the moment it got inside my house I opened the box and you could immediately tell there were several pieces missing in the box. I’m not one to blame, but the way you can clearly tell the cheese is pulled, what else possibilities are there that it’s just cause “the way it was cut” I called back to slicehub, all I got to say was two sentences “Hello ma’am I ordered pizza and I just opened my box finding two pieces missing.” Expecting empathy or a apology, I instead got in return was disrespectful attitude. She told me in a harsh tone “that has never happened, nobody touched ur pizza it isn’t possible.” Of course I agreed, IT NEVER HAPPENED because I’m a loyal customer and never once in my experience of bacci’s have I had a problem with pieces missing nor disrespectful service. I’ve kept my patience with her, trying to figure out why there are pieces missing and she slightly raised her voice, clearly taking the situation personally. Even if it was because the pizzas were moving in the car, I put all the pieces together, BOTH slices are smaller than what was supposed to fit perfectly. What do you guys think?

Working thirds? Order for delivery? DONT rely on this place. Not only did I not get ANY message that the food was delivered, because it was delivered THREE BUILDINGS DOWN FROM WHERE THE ADDRESS WAS. All fine right? Ok. I call and let the person know that it was never received. Got HORRIBLE customer service and the phone hung up on me. Ohhh let me tell you I found it placed in an ant pile about an hour later! Where the address wouldn’t have even taken you! Never have I tried the food, new to the area, but I now know where I WONT be going. And it’s here

If you choose to listen to one review, let it be this one. Every time i’ve gone no matter if it was at 2pm or 2am the workers were always super nice to me, and the atmosphere of the restaurant feels very classic. The 6 dollar slice + drink deal is a steal especially with how expensive food is these days. The pizza is surprisingly good for how cheap it is and each time it’s hot and crispy. The only somewhat con i have is that if you have a larger order especially at night it can be a pretty long wait, but I find it worth it every time. PLEASE try slicehub sometime to do yourself a favor and get a permanent pizza spot that you can even get late at night. (I do wish they had larger soda sizes though)

The pictures do not seem to be how things are now. When I arrived the outside seating looked run down and in wear. I tried to not judge a book by the cover but upon coming in it felt incredibly unkempt. The garbage bins were dirty, walls had caked on dust and grease, the tables didn't support me even leaning on it while await food. It wasn't all bad, the pizza wasn't terrible. It wasn't the best but not terrible. They had to reheat my slice so I'm unsure of how long it had been out. The workers were very polite and accommodating. Id like to return at a later date to see if maybe I came at an off time because those review pictures make it all look so amazing and I'd love to experience it at its best.
Omg this food was spectacular!! very tasty, seasoned, great price, fast delivery, I can't believe it was this good. They deliver late night as well 10/10😍

Manager has horrible customer service. Very arrogant and cursed at me. Belittled my intelligence as if I knew nothing. Looks verrryyyy poor on a company to have someone with this intellect running the place. Said I should have gotten the persons name I spoke with when told to call and speak with him. And he wasn’t going to help me. Will not ever order from this establishment again.
