Ridiculous amount of ice cream for price. Every ice cream place we have ever been to, including other Baskins, add a little ice cream to the cone before putting your scoop on the top. This one did not. My waffle cone was all cone and barely any ice cream

Went to treat myself to a sundae. They were not busy (as in no one waiting to be served) at all but still managed to ignore me for almost 10 minutes. Not even a "Hi, we'll be with you in a bit." So no ice cream today.

I went to the drive thru today to order 3 shakes - the 1st one was for a small strawberry shake and right after I said that she said thanks and gave me my total. Insaidnihbwaitnim not done I've got 2 more to order. I then said I need a rootbeer float. She said we don't have rootbeer floats and to go ahead and pull to window #2. So I pull up to the window to see if maybe she just miss understood me. So I said what other kinds of shakes do you have? She said strawberry, chocolate, mint and cookie dough. I replied with Is your freezer broken or something? Then I said ok can I have a large shake cup filled with scoops of vanilla ice cream. Here response was you want 1 scoop vanilla ice cream? I said NO I want a large cup with 5 or 6 scoops of vanilla ice cream. Then she tells me the total and I say we'll I havent ordered my 3rd shake yet. Her response was, well why did oYoy pull around here then. I said because you told me to and just forget it let me pay for my 2 items and I will take myBusinesss someplace else thst wants it and left. My gosh get with it ma'am!!

I stopped in for a quick drink while out riding on this hot & humid day. There were no other customers, so I didn't have to wait at all. The gentleman behind the counter greeted me then waited patiently for me to order. The refresher was definitely refreshing & much needed on a scorching day like today.

I order butter pecan ? in it wasnt butter pecan ice cream or no ? no caramel or fudge then when i went back to get my ? fix they was petty bout it by putting all the caramel in fudge on my ? never again
