The tour at Blackband by Tate was excellently curated and an amazing deep-dive into Peoria’s rich Whiskey City history. The tasting lineup was wonderfully diverse, with standout bourbons, rye, whiskeys, gin, and even a delicious coffee liqueur. A fantastic experience from start to finish! This is such a wonderful experience right in our own city.
Our first time here and the food was amazingggg. We ordered blackband smash burgers, mocktail (wham jam) & chocolate mousse cake. Everything was too good. The service (Jonah was our server) was quick and food was fresh. We would definitely be coming back.
Me and my fiancé went for our first time for a date night and we will definitely be back. The atmosphere was beautiful. The drinks were very delicious and I’m not a drink person but I found my absolute favorite! The flavors just blend so well together so definitely have to try the sunshine green dream!
