I've been to several Blue Margarita locations and this one wasnt as good as the Princeton,IL location when it comes to the staff and interactions. Food was good in general. I order the Texano Dip every time when I arrive with a few Paloma drinks, and switch my main fish every time as well. I've tried the Texano Fajita plate, smothered burrito plate, parilladas, and many more, but their Texano Dip is for sure a must when arriving or visiting.
The food was well prepared. The problem is, they don't know about salt or pepper. The fajitas looked fabulous, the steak had a little char and the veggies were not overcooked. But sadly, were extremely bland.
I ordered Tacos, and they were also extremely bland. I had a margarita, which were on special for 5.99, but it was not good at all. Overly sweet with notes of mountain dew.
I would go back if they could manage to find the salt.

First time in today and it was pretty good. MIL took us here and we will be coming back to try more. It was very clean inside, and the menus looked wiped down which was nice.
They have a lot of choices for food.
Staff is very friendly and attentive, our waitress was checking in, getting refills and providing extra napkins before we even ask.
Guacamole was awesome, salsa as well. Chips are good.
Cons; opened up our silverware and a fork had food...
