I love everything about Bob Evens, we were there in Thanksgiving fir their Holiday Feast , and it was delicious, and it's nice that they offer something like this for people like us that don't have family to cook for so it just being the time of us, Kricket abd myself enjoyed our second year in a row of our new tradition.

I was picking something up near by and it was a bit too late for breakfast, so I went into Bob Evans. I was promptly greeted and seated. I looked over the menu and ordered the $7.99 Stacker and Pancakes, and de-caf coffee. I got both right away. The stacker was pancakes, a fried egg, pancake, bacon and sausage and a pancake. Yum! I was 1/2 way done and 10 mins after I asked for a refill when I got my coffee refill. I was finished with my food and still no refill. I then started looking at my phone while continuing to ask for a re-fill. That was ridiculous. Don’t charge me 3.xx for coffee and make me beg and wait for my de-caf. I have a heart arrhythmia issue so limit my caffeine intake.

We enjoyed a quick brunch. My husband had a breakfast meal and I chose a delicious bowl of chicken noodle soup and a half of sandwich. Both meals were perfect! Our waiter was so friendly and the service was 5 star! Very reasonable price.

Written by a former restaurant worker. The host didn't greet us. He walked way ahead of us & tossed the menus on the table & walked away before we even got there. I understand that this isn't fine dining, but there are certain duties that the staff should do. Greeting guests & telling them that their server will be with them shortly is one of them. It took the server several minutes (>5 <10) to make contact with us. I'm not complaining, just giving the facts. I ordered a drink & a water, I didn't get my water. We were brought our appetizer but no silverware. We ordered the Cowboy Fries, which have gravy on them. We ate what we could with our fingers, but then it was too messy to eat with your fingers. My husband finally got up to get our own silverware. He went to the counter & was asked if he needed help. He told them that we needed silverware. Our server was walking by & heard him; she then said that she would get it. The man behind us didn't get any silverware either & he had to ask for it as well. We both had the same server. She was pleasant, but slow & she missed some things. They were moderately busy. Each server had 4 to 5 tables respectively. We heard yelling from the kitchen. Another table near us were missing their hash browns. They asked their server (the same as ours) for them & she told them that she had to ask the cooks 3 times for hash browns & they were ignoring her. The food tasted good. The biscuits were kind of hard. I had a hard time cutting them in half. They didn't look overcooked, but they were. Upon leaving we notice numerous tables need to be bussed. The women's bathroom was pretty clean, but it didn't smell clean. The men's bathroom was dirty. Paper towels on the floor by the urinal & feces on 1 of the toilet seats. They appeared to be under staffed. Maybe a cook, a server & a busser called off? It's a shame bc the food tasted good.

My husband, Father, and I dined in tonight. Food was decent. The staff however was amazing 👏. Best service I have had anywhere. I travel for work and have been to many fine dinning establishments. Naomi was the manager and also waitress because I guess the waitress didn't show up, well we were extremely lucky to have her. Bob Evan's is lucky to have her because she should be somewhere much more high end. So delightful, adorable, pleasant, prompt, just awesome. She gave us recommendations. Helped my dad order. She did not get frustrated at all the questions that he asked. Food was mediocre but we will be back just because the service was so awesome. We even got her schedule to make sure we come see her again. Naomi is so sweet and hardworking we had the best experience even though she was under staffed and doing multiple roles. I wish you the best Naomi. We will be back to see you!
