My chicken wings were very dry cold and tasted like they were re fried to heat them up to make them fresh. The worst wings I have ever had

Got seated fairly quickly but no waiter for 10 minutes until we asked for one. Fast forward 30 minutes, wings and fries come out cold. Stay away, go spend your money somewhere else.

Great place for wings, burgers, and fries! Lovely establishment with plenty of entertainment. Wonderful service!

Family has been here twice in the past year and had disappointing experiences. Service and food accuracy is about the worst in the area. Go support a local restaurant and pay the same or less and get better quality and service.

Food was very dry and made my wife and brother in law every sick

This location never gets takeout orders correct. Always missing or incorrect items. The first time there were missing fries, then missing wings, and this time ordered 20 boneless and received 20 bone-in. Just carelessness.

Their line cooks seem to overcook the food. My chicken wings were dry and difficult to chew. Not the first time this has happened at this location. The staff is very friendly however, so at least the ambiance is nice.

Ordered a togo order and showed up at time allocated for pick up. The place was dead and still had to wait 30 minutes for my food…

Wow. Just wow. My husband ordered To-Go as we always do, as were eating dinner i take a bite of my wing and get a very long hair in my mouth. I look down to see more long hairs at the bottom of my wing box. I understandably puked, knowing it was 100% not my hair. I call and ask very nicely to speak to the manager, should have known it wasn’t going to be good when the person that answered was extremely rude. All the manager offered was to make more or write my name down for free wings… i told her that wasn’t possible as we are 25 minutes away and not worth my time. She did say she would just refund my card which is great but abruptly hung up on me and had a terrible attitude. As a manager you would think i would get some form of “im sorry” or anything but as i did not, just abruptly hung up on. My husband and i eat here all the time but as of now- after the service we got, we won’t be returning 👍🏻 this happened on 12/9/24 at 7 p.m.

I really enjoyed going to Buffalo Wild Wings. The food is good, the atmosphere is good and the wait staff is always good. The cost is high, but it's worth it every now and then.

They sure make delivery drivers pay the price. 10 minutes to wait means we make less than minimum wage when they have an empty restaurant

Man we used to love BW’s but the last couple times here have been bad. This last visit the worst. Not only does it take forever to get your teeny tiny chicken wings, this time they were cold! The table next to us complained to the server that their’s were cold as well. Had to ask for plates and napkins. Never did receive the water we ordered. Had to ask for the check and to go boxes. Finally received those after a 15 min wait. Won’t be back again. Over/Under on business folding is 18 months.
