Everytime I've been here we've had to wait for a server, something is always wrong with the food, and it comes out cold. This particular time we waited forever for a sampler platter, and two other tables ended up getting seated, served and eating before we even got the platter. It's over-priced for what it is, I'd much rather go to Wing Stop for wings, and the service is always trash. Not going back.

3 or 4 times in a row. Multiple issues but primarily the chicken wings are quite obviously room temperature becasue they were cooked and just say in a fry basket above the grease. Worked restaurants for 15 years and I understand, but informed my server and the manager about the multiple issues across consecutive visits. 2 orders of wings take out, ALL DRUMS. I have never, in 30 years, ordered chicken wings and got all drums without request. Wouldn't have been an issue but they were cold. But I get charged to get all flats. When we dined in, my companion ordered all flats, mine came out first (brought me the wrong food) chicken was cold. The flats came out minutes later and were too hot to eat right away. The inconsistencies and lack of correction will mean i will drive out of my way to the east peoria location in the future.

Waited 40 minutes for cold food. Could not get a drink refill so i went to the bar to get my own. Waited nearly 10 minutes for a bartender to appear. Worst dining experience every time we go. We love BWW in other locations but this one is horrible. Wont be back.

We walked into the restaurant and stood there for about 15 minutes, waiting for someone to greet us. Three different employees walked by without saying a word to us. Also, people in the kitchen were looking at us, noticing that we were standing there waiting and no one said anything still. We ended up walking out at about 20 minutes of waiting and we went somewhere else. I will never go back there again.w

The 4 stars is for that burger ! Lunchtime seemed light but there was only 1 server. She was trying to be every job. Maybe the rest of the food would be better w an extra server. My daughters food was mid. Drinks need some help. Fries were semi warm. BUT My BURGER 10/10 😍 They could improve w the right MGT.

I never leave negative reviews, but this was such a bad experience that I feel the need to warn people who want to go here.
I want to preface that we came in a little later. Around 10pm, we were seated quickly by our hostess (possibly the only good portion of the night). We were able to decide what we wanted fairly quickly...but we didn't even get asked about drinks until at least 15 min. My husband had time to go to the bathroom and return, to still not having our drink order in.
So we waited. Our server didn't ask about appetizers. He checked in once to tell us the bar was STILL making our drinks (a strawberry lemonade and a strawberry marg). A lady ended up bringing us our drinks (from the bar, I presume) directly.
With the amount of time we waited for our food, we thought everything was going to come out fresh. We were sorely disappointed because by the time our food came out, fresh was not nearly the description.
Let's go over our orders!
On my end, I was supposed to have asian zing boneless wings with blue cheese and fries.
For my husband, spicy garlic boneless wings with blue cheese and onion rings.
I was given a tray of asian zing boneless wings as promised, but 3 ranch cups?? And 4-5 onion rings
My husband had his spicy garlic wings that were GREATLY oversalted to the point that I was coughing and couldn't finish the bite I had. And we love salt. He got my fries, which were STALE. and? 3 cups of ranch for him, too. And yes, we got charged for 2 extra said ranch that we didn't ask for!
It was hard to get the server's attention, and we ended up asking someone else who checked in on us for our check.
Unbelievable. The food had obviously sat, the wings were cold, the sides were stale, the ranch that came from nowhere was charged to us...
And the server was inattentive.
We will not be returning to this location and are greatly disappointed.

We waited 20 minutes for service, 20 minutes for our drinks, and 20 more for the food. When the food arrived, it was cold. The wings looked like they sat for a bit, the fries tasted stale, and the Spicy Garlic wings I ordered had way too much salt. Not even mentioning the fact that the sauce had congealed from sitting too long and the wings themselves were cold. I was expecting a nice night out with my spouse, but we got a disappointing experience instead. I will not be visiting this location again.

Service is very slow and unpashionate. The food is decent but wings are undersauced. Don't try to get any extra ranch or blue cheese, the staff will say okay and then not bring it. If you remind them they seem very annoyed. Atmosphere is great, traditional sports grill tastes to catch the action. They can not figure out how to accommodate large groups.

It was good. Our food arrived after a longer wait than usual. The friesvwere okay in taste but they were cold. The chicken tenders tasted weird. The server didn't charge us for them. She did bring us some hot fries. She was a good server.

Nobody does a chicken wing sports bar like the pros at BWW. Always a fun time with awesome food and drinks.

Here waiting for like 20 min for my appetizer and employee don’t even check on you. It not even a full house in here. Didn’t even gives us plates or silver ware went to ask for attitude. When we got it it was cold not happy at all.
