“We were excited to try Pizza Ranch while visiting Peoria, but our experience fell a bit short. A very large party arrived around the same time we did, and the buffet couldn’t keep up — fresh pizza went quickly, and we had to wait quite a while for new ones to come out. What was available didn’t sit the best with our stomachs afterward.

The price felt a little steep for what we actually got to eat, especially with several items missing. They were completely out of napkins, spoons, and even the cones for ice cream, which was disappointing since that’s part of the buffet’s draw. The staff seemed overwhelmed but were doing their best.

It wasn’t terrible, but definitely not the experience we were hoping for. Probably wouldn’t go out of our way to return.“

“Many of us locals have been supporting this business for a long time now and I believe the appreciation by the owner/s shows that with the low prices and superior food selection and quality all the way around. I especially like the vast variety of food choices and the hand dip ice cream station instead of the usual soft-serve that most places have. They were really thinking out of the box. Today I took my friend, Darryl out to eat at this Chinese buffet. He had never eaten such food and I figured it was time for him to escape from his comfort zone. He was very impressed and sure didn't step away from the table hungry. By the way the cherry on the cake was that they serve Mountain Dew. That is a must for Darryl wherever he dines. I had hot tea.
