Nobody has been more inattentive at this location than rachal never had a problem here until today she left my sandwiches for 5 to 10 minutes because she forgot to make fries and once I got my food and got on the road found out all of my sandwiches were wrong even though I specifically asked for them plain I checked my receipt and the button was never hit so I can't blame the guy that made them, I understand it's fast food it's not gonna always be correct or perfect but you could at least do the bare minimum and take orders correctly😅

Never get our burgers right . Always ask for plain cheese . Not sure if they can control salt on burger but asked for no salt. Was told it’s already pre salted .. which never makes sense because some days the burgers are bathed in salt . Love whoppers but not the service here

Great place to go for a quick refuel, also their spicy chicken sandwich is actually spicy and has a kick to it unlike the Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich which is also advertised to be super spicy. I literally have had spicy meat sandwiches at hospitals that were spicier and they weren't even advertised as such

Ordered a whopper with cheese thru drive thru. That's it. Got a plain hamburger. Nothing on it. Went in to get corrected. No luck, manager argued with me saying that's what I ordered. Left burger on counter and walked out. Good job burger not king
