If I could leave a lower review I would but Heather is a horrible manager and person we placed our mobile order that was supposed to be done at 10:42 we get here at 10:50 no one responded on the speaker or responded for a long time after repeatedly honking finally Heather comes up and claims that close at 11 and the app as well as Google says theyre open until 12 but still that wouldn't matter because why did no take our order she claims she didn't get the order but the app took it so not only did she blatantly lie she also refuse to sell us any food and after I repeatedly asked for a complaint number she refused to give it to me

Please manager o CEO change workers, or give them training,.... The service they have is a mess... I moved to Peoria year ago and is same mess... Note: Burger King here en Knoxville Ave. Peoria Illinois....They took long long long time for made 1 simple order... It's not the first time, I been there 6 or 7 times and always it's same....

Ordered food at 12:04, the incompetent drive thru lady started giving me someone else’s order. I corrected her told us to wait by the door. Waited for 35-40 mins with a new born in the car. Watched 5-6 people behind me get their orders. They put cheese on 2 of my whopper, and gave us regular freezes instead of the specialties. Cheese doesn’t even come on whoppers (dairy allergy). Went in to ask for manager, person taking orders at desk did not ask for her manager after saying she would. Stood their for another 10 mins. Called for them to not answer. Bf called they told my bf that we needed to wait for others to be served first, but basically by this time we were there for an hour. We were there before EVERYONE at this point it’s been an hour because the incompetence of their workers. What we order can be read on a paper that states how a customer wants their food, no one should even have to explain how to give good customer service. Only person there that gave good customer service seemed fearful of the management because they yelled at him that he needed to hand out the how to train my dragon crowns. I don’t even blame the cashiers reaction tbh she had a job to do was the person with the headset in drive thru with the biggest attitude.
Update: they lied tried saying I ordered only 1 whopper. I ordered two. I ended up getting refunded by the Burger King app so all is well, but the original person even lied about the situation to try to avoid accountability. He tried to offer us free whoppers to make up for it, but I don’t even want the free whoppers. It’s past the food at this point. This is literally the worst Burger King. Fast food should be FAST not take an HOUR. This isn’t Applebees.pics for proof of 2 whoppers.

Not sure what they are going for here. Seems understaffed. The lights don't come on after dark or they leave them off to deter business. Food is still good if you can get served. The east peoria bk closed and it was also understaffed. 2 locations same issue.

Really Nice, Burger King.
Everyone was nice and the food was Delicious. Plenty of seats to choose from. And it seems as though they are neat freaks here because everything was spotless.
I got the cheeseburger with loaded veggies with a side of small Spotless.
Thank you for the wonderful experience. I'll definitely be back.

I order 2 snack wraps both were swimming in sauce I don't even think it was chicken seeing how my pinky fingers was bigger and it was over cooked as for the fish tasted old and over cooked

Waited 5 minutes where you order at. Finally called to see if it was broke. Nope no one had headset on. Gave my order and waited another 14 minutes to get food. Happens every time at this location. If it wasn’t for my boys I would never come back. Burger King has taken the Fast Food out of Fast Food Service. Should have went to a regular restaurant for the price and wait! Someone needs to open an actual fast food restaurant like we use to have.

I placed an order online, and waited 20 minutes before someone finally acknowledged me and others in line. Only one person seemed to have any sort of work ethic. 2 employees were moving like snails and talking to each other. One put a tray of money on the food prep counter, and did not wash her hands nor the counter. Will not return to this location.
