Good place for a quick bite. Staff is pleasant and efficient. They serve a variety of sandwiches, wraps, and flatbreads. A small selection of soups and salads are available. There is a separate breakfast menu including favorites such as biscuits and gravy. Baked goods (muffins, turnovers, cinnamon rolls, cookies) and coffee beverages are also on the menu. Dining area offers a view of Peoria.
Great place. Stop by here from time to time. Today they blew me away. Make your own burger day for lunch special. Went above and beyond. While I was waiting they came out and asked if I wanted bacon on it. I said sure. I told them I love putting an egg on my burger when I have bacon. So they put a fried egg on. One of the best burgers I have had. Fresh ground beef from Alwen's. Gotta try the cream puffs. Only place I know that makes them homemade.
I just stopped in for a quick salad and of course it was delicious. This is a nice little place right in downtown Peoria by the riverfront. Great soup, bakery items and healthy salads too. It's a great place for lunch. Even though it's a small place, there is usually no waiting.
