Had fish sandwich which was nasty with no flavor and fries were soggy and salty -management Was gone but the person who was in charge would not even offer discount on food that I did not eat-terrible business and will not be back -didn’t expect a free meal but did expect a discount of some kind.

Bartender was pushy, asked us to move seats when no one else was there, forced me to buy full order onion ring when I ordered a half order, she was rude,left me sitting to pay bill, horrible service, won't go back.

terrible service. Waited 15 mins to place a food order. Finally got the attention of the waitress that we wanted the order after she and the bartender finished their round of shots with their girl friends. I guess she passed our request off to the bartender as she grabbed menus and headed to take make sure a table that just came in got served. meanwhile the bartender walks back to the kitchen and grabs a to go order and started to open a roll of pennies for the drawer.

The Food, Service and Atmosphere are good, but we have a problem with a long curl between the waiter's (Jae) eyes. A suggestion may be a hairnet covering it or put it under the skull cap he is wearing. It may be the style outside the restaurant, but is not appealing to have hair in our food. Thanks.
Have been Herr several times for the food and a few drinks. Owner was always checking on people and the staff was quick and friendly. Went for a band last visit. It was crowed on the inside. Plenty of room on the patio.
I had to complain about the wait for our food and appetizers, before they finally brought out the tater tots! I had to complain I had been here for an 1 1/2 and still no BURGER!!!I’ve never had this bad of service in my life!!!
