Ordered online. Food was ready on time. Place smells horrible and bathroom was practically unusable. I felt safer not washing my hands as i was afraid to touch anything. How the health inspector allows this place operate is beyond me. Pad thai was horrible and ended up in the trash. Crispy string beans with shredded pork was so salty was also inedible. Egg roll was not good either. Crab Rangoon was pretty good. 40 bucks to eat a couple Crab Rangoons. Stay clear of this place!

Truly horrible service. I doordashed some food from here as a gift to a friend. They told my dasher they “refused” to make orders “like mine.” For reference, it was one entree with a sides that I already paid for online. I called the restaurant, to which the woman who answered told me my order was “different,” I “needed to pay the restaurant,” and continually said she did not know why, but would not be cooking my food. She hung up on me three separate times, and every time I called back, we’d have a short conversation before she hung up in the middle of me speaking again. Ultimately, I did not get the food I ordered and paid for. I will not be back.

The food is good and I especially like their menu; they have some dishes that I haven’t been able to find at other Chinese restaurants in town.

Decided to try this restaurant out for the first time. My husband picked the food up and said the lady working the front was extremely rude!! The food is awful!! The worst Chinese food we've ever had!! My husband got half way through his meal and FOUND A STAPLE IN HIS FOOD!!!! Thank God he didn't swallow it!!! I will never order from here again and I recommend people stay away!!!

My first and last time.
I spent almost $100 on takeout from this establishment and have several complaints. The Garlic Beef is not listed as spicy on the menu, but is actually very spicy. Sweet and Sour Chicken and Sweet and Sour Pork were both just meat and sauce. The menu lists peppers and pineapple as part of both, they were absent. When I contacted the restaurant to express my concerns I wasn't even offered an apology. I was told to order my garlic beef not spicy the next time. Apparently, the mistake on their menu is not their problem. I have worked in restaurants and bars for decades. Because I've been on that side of the counter I was very cordial and very polite when expressing my issues. There are a dozen places nearby where I can get better food, better service, and a better price. I will not be returning to Chang's Wok Inn.

Food was overly salty and more onions than rice in my combination fried rice. The crab Rangoon were good though!

The food is delicious and a fair price. It smells a little like poo when you first walk in but the hot fresh food makes it worth it. The staff are good people, they are definitely worth giving your business to.

Whoever says this food is good is LYING. The chicken is tough. The rice has zero flavor and the lo mein has a high of flavor. Just a HINT. The rangoons were the only decent things they were crunchy. Save your $ this is gross.

First off, I asked if they had Apple Pay. The lady rolled her eyes and said NO! In addition to that, I got the Singapore rice noodles. It’s supposed to come with chicken, shrimp and beef. Mine did not have the beef. Which is disappointing considering how much it cost. I guess it was too much to expect my full order. I also asked the lady twice if a few soy sauces were in my bag. She rudely said yes both times then walked away. I asked twice because the first time she said it rudely so I didn’t believe her. So to my surprise, when I got home and opened the bag, there was one packet in there for a whole meal. The fact that she was very rude is the reason I won’t be back.
