It had been a little while since we had visited a Chili's. I'm so glad that we did. The dine-in experience was very enjoyable with great service and the food you're able to order is unique and tasty. The 3 for me is a great Gene that gives you lots of value. We don't often go to sit down places, but if we are going to this is one we should go to often.

Disappointed with the menu changes. White queso and skillet queso have been replaced with a cheese dip that is almost as basic as the nacho dip at a concession stand. Chili’s will no longer be on our regular date night rotation.

Stopped in at the bar area. They had a 3 for me special and it was a lot of food for the price. The bartender was working on the floor and the bar but took the time to point out the specials and was very attentive. I think her name tag said Teresa. Anyway the staff, the food and the service was amazing. A must stop for a quick bite or sit down with some friends!!!

I normally love our local chilli's. This time we ordered a side of mushrooms. Cost about $5. What you get is far less than $5 because it's a premium side. Asked if we could comp the item due to the lack of mushrooms. The manager approached the table to explain why they cost the way they do - very dryly. Very disappointed in how management dealt with this. This poor review is in relation to how disregarded and disappointed I am in how this was handled. Over mushrooms. 😶

I ordered a kids meal because I wanted a small meal and hate super thick burgers. The waiter told me that the kids burgers are served PLAIN, with no condiments or anything on them. I told my waiter that I wanted catsup, mustard, onion and pickle. The 2 slider sandwiches came bare, with a handful of shredded Lettace and 6 pickles on the side. I had to ask the waiter to bring onion, which he neglected to bring me. He brought me a handful of tiny minced onion. Chili’s needs to learn that dicing up onions & Lettace in this fashion is a poor way to serve vegetables in a sandwich because they won’t stay on the sandwich & fall all over. When I received the bill for my meal, I discovered that the waiter had added two extra charges onto my bill for 1) pickles and 2) Lettace. I was disgusted with the charge and was met by animosity by the waiter. He said that he had told me that the sliders came plain. I told him that yes, & I had told him what I wanted on my sliders. Adult’s shouldn’t be able to order a burger & have what they want on it without being charged a few dollars extra for pickles & a few dollars extra for lettuce. I did not need a half dozen pickles for two tiny sliders. I asked to talk to the manager & he was not much more friendly than the rude waiter. He told me that the kids meals are only supposed to be ordered for people under age 11. I guess I am not allowed to order a small more expensive meal when I don’t want a huge meal. The manager reluctantly took off the extra charges onto” this time”. I told him that maybe I would not return. I don’t appreciate the rudeness & outrageous charging, simply because they wanted to get more money out of me. Beware seniors if you want to order a kids meal. Hopefully you will get a friendlier waiter than I had who will not add extra charges onto like this for condiments.
