Stopped in on Easter at 3:30 walk in and ask for a booth and they were not busy and asked for a booth which there was at least 6 open big booths! The hostess then says you can have the little small booth in the bar area we said no we will wait for a big booth in the dining area to which the hostess replied "Well that's not gonna happen in a very rude manner"! Our reply was well we will just leave and go to the East Peoria Chili's! I'll never go back to the peoria Chili's cause of that! We eat at Chili's quite often and have never been treated this way! That person should not even be in that position with that kind of attitude cause all you are going to do is lose customers!

On Easter, 2024, my boyfriend and I visited the Peoria Chili’s restaurant mid day. It was not busy at all with many tables available. We requested a booth for our party of two and the hostess suggested the small booths in the bar which we politely declined. Let me just say we order appetizers and the trio fajitas that take up allot of space, so we already know those small booths do not accommodate. I asked for a larger booth and was declined, flat out declined even after I said we will wait. The hostess was extremely rude and with pressed lips said they aren’t going to have anything. Even after I said we would wait!!! I was appalled at the hostess’s attitude. They are the first person you encounter, and she is definitely not one to hold that position. We ended up walking out and will not return. We drove over to the East Peoria Chili’s and had excellent service.

This was our last time eating at this chilis! We tried to eat here a couple months ago and it was absolutely disgusting. The main entrance smelled like sewage and the tables and silverware were filthy. Today we decided to give them one more chance.....it was a mistake. The only good part of the experience was our friendly server. I ordered a ribeye steak and my girfriend ordered a burger, my steak was almost entirely fat and so salty it was inedible. The burger was burnt and the avocado on it looked old. Once again the silverware was dirty and the drink mugs were so sticky i had to wash my hands after touching it. We will never be back again

Down for Wherever! We used Grubhub for delivery since a year’s worth of fees are free with Amazon Prime. I haven’t eaten Chili’s in more than a minute. I saw a deal that made my eyes open wide. I had the Smokehouse Combo, my wife Surf and Turf Ribeye and the kids shared an order of Chicken Crispers and French fries. I was amazed at the options for mine. I’m not a fry fan so I subbed it with broccoli. Where do I start? The Chicken Crispers are tender and flavorful. They included 3 in my combo. The ribs were full of meat, easy to pull apart and flavor central. I devoured the street corn and even the broccoli was well seasoned. My wife’s steak was perfectly cooked. Nothing but raves for this house and we definitely won’t wait so long next time! Delicious!

I went to Chilis in Peoria,IL. on 3/6/2024. The restaurant was pretty crowded so I took a seat at the bar. The bartender put down a drink napkin in front of me and told me she’d be back in a few minutes. About 10 minutes later I ordered my drink and my dinner in fear I would have to wait even longer for her to return. I ordered the sirloin with loaded mashed potato’s and broccoli. The food took another 20 minutes or so before I got it and it was excellent. The only complaint I have is that there should have been 2 bartenders. One for the bar area and another one for all the tables in the restaurant. This poor bartender was running in circles trying to keep up with everything amidst wiping the sweat from her forehead from running around so much, and tripping over her own two feet in the process. Surely being so busy as that place was, they could afford to pay another bartender, if only for the “dinner rush.”

Staff is very rude. Called to let them know we have a big party coming in for a birthday and both people who answered the phone were just very rude and the guy hung up on me. Then we arrived to the store and told them the number of people and the hostess goes dang that's a lot of people and said the wait time of 45 minutes to an hour and a half. Thankfully our waitress is a 12 year veteran and took such great care of us. She was the only positive experience.

My husband and I had a late lunch here before Valentine's Day. He hadn't been in a Chili's for quite awhile so we decided to try it. We had a wonderful experience. Everything from the food to the service to the restaurant itself was great. He was so pleased when we got home he promptly bought a couple of gift cards to use at a later date. We will definitely be going back.
