Arrived at open , boxes on the floor, games dirty, manager had taken over a table with personal drinks and food paperwork, food took 40 minutes to make 1 pizza and boneless wings, shameful.

Prices keep going up, not worth it. Trampoline shoumd be included with the paid membership prices. Pizza is good but is over $50 for 2 mediums. Cheaper just to eat before you come.

We went there for my niece one year old birthday and we paid extra for the food and the trampoline my son which is 3 I pay even extra because I didn’t know that my sister husband paid for it and the manger said that it wasn’t work but then not even 10 minutes later there where a bunch of kids on it! Then one of your staff members said something so racist and so out of the ordinary it was ridiculous!!! Then not only that but they didn’t check the kids that where leaving in and out my son almost left with a random man when I turn my back for a sec because my niece fell down and scuffed up her knee lucky I turn back just in time to catch my son become he left with that man! Your place is ridiculous but unsafe and unclean!!! You guy need to do better I I will for sure not be returning

Mystical Desire

I recently visited Chuck E. Cheese to enjoy a fun day with my child, but the experience was completely ruined by the manager, Crystal. She is, without a doubt, one of the rudest individuals I’ve ever encountered in customer service. From the very start, she approached me with hostility and anger for absolutely no reason. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable—just a drink and trying to have a nice time with my child.

Her behavior was shocking, especially for someone in a management role at a place designed for children and families. It was clear she didn’t care about providing a positive experience, and her attitude made the visit uncomfortable and stressful. I understand that everyone has bad days, but this wasn’t a one time incident. Another employee even confided in me that Crystal is always like this and that none of the staff enjoy working with her because of her constant negativity.

I’ve never felt to escalate a complaint like this, but her behavior was so unacceptable that I reached out to corporate. Unsurprisingly, I never received a response, which only adds to my frustration.

It’s crazy how someone so clearly miserable and unfit for customer service could land a management position at a child-centered establishment. Her lack of professionalism and outright rudeness make me never want to return. Crystal’s attitude not only ruined my visit but also tarnished the reputation of the entire location.

I hope this review encourages Chuck E. Cheese to evaluate the type of people they allow to represent their brand, especially in management positions. Families deserve a welcoming and pleasant experience, not hostility and anger.

It's all about the grandkids, and this place made them happy. I give five stars because of them. Otherwise, they would have gotten one star. The salad is good. I didn't care for the pizza. People at the counter had no clue about the online coupons that told you to take it to the counter when arriving at the place. The place was trashed, but I guess that's OK for babies crawling around picking up toys and putting them in their mouths. I come from that generation that I'm watching my grandkids. I had sights on them. Most kids are playing games thats not even on, so now we have to wait until they finish playing nothing. I tap the machine so he can play the game he stays on for only two seconds, but my granddaughter stayed playing this game until we left.

This place was a mess, kids were unsupervised. The food took forever and it was dirty nothing was being cleaned up as well as the pop machines being watered down. I would not recommend.

We love this location! We get the summer pass and go more than once a week! The staff knows who we are and loves our grandson!

Dietary restrictions: The gluten free pizza is amazing! It is a personal size, which is perfect for me! They also have bone in wings that are gluten free and taste great too!

Came here for my niece's birthday, and had a little bit of fun as a young adult. The games I feel like are a scam, it takes quite a bit of effort to get to at least 300 points and even then, there's not a lot of things you could get at that amount. But, the pizza was honestly really good. Highly recommend the spicy Hawaiian pizza (without jalapenos though). As little service as you get being here, it was great.
