Im not sure what has happened in the past year, but 6 months ago this place was 5 stars. Every order was on time, accurate, and delicious!
However this past month, I have ordered 4 different times, and EVERY TIME something was wrong.
I paid for extra meat 2 different times and never got it. I placed an order online and waited 40 minutes for it PAST the scheduled time. After that I gave this place one more chance and again it disappointed.. the food tasted super bland, it was almost like they forgot the seasoning. And everytime I order sweet potatoes they came burned to a crisp 😭
WHAT HAPPENED??!! THIS CORE LIFE USED TO BE SOOO GOOD. Its so sad.

Service was super slow, they didn't seem too concerned that we had to wait more than 15 minutes beyond our scheduled order ready time (we ordered ahead). We also happened to find a hair in the food, but didn't want to wait another 20-30 minutes to get a replacement meal, so we just dealt with it. The food tasted good, but I expected that for the price. I also think you don't get much protein in their portions.

Ordered a meal with extra steak for $4 and got 8 little cubes of steak that I’m sure can only be one serving. Ordered the kale chicken ceaser salad with two dressings and Parmesan crisps and got no dressing and no Parmesan chips. The website is terrible and gives you no place to get support or even contact info so they get this google review instead. Careless employees and incomplete orders.

I called 9 hrs earlier...let the manager know I had a group of 20 coming in later. The manager was cool. 'We'll take care of ya!' He uttered. 'See you at 6:30.' But he didn't. When we arrived, one gal was there to make all our food. It took over an hour. The line was so long. People giving up...leaving like Karens at a Wiz Khalifa concert. Oh, the humanity. The food was fine but the service was so bad it was nearly unbelievable. It was like a bad prank...we waited for the show host to jump out from the kitchen and inform us we were on the new FOX gag show, Zoinkies! I can't believe that just happened. The wait was like Monopoly long. I bought all the railroads and bankrupted my entire crew before the last Sriracha ginger chicken hit the counter. For shame. For shame.

I’m not normally the type to ever leave a bad review, even if the service was awful but I am so disgusted with this place after going today. It was my first time going here, and will definitely be my last. As the worker was making my bowl, a ROACH runs across the CONDIMENT table 3-4 times!!! DISGUSTING 🤢

We placed a big order about a half hour before closing time. Everything was great except the soup. It was very thick, like it sat all day long.
