I was just standing there waiting for service for over 10 minutes and was completely ignored. There was one employee and a manager present up front. The employee had taken care of the one customer that was ahead of me, then began working on an online order after I had already been waiting. There was no “sorry for your wait”, but I did get a rude “hold on”. Manager did not show any recognition at all. I used to love the food here but this is the second time where I feel blown off and unwelcome here. Today, they almost completely wasted the limited time that I have for lunch on a workday, will not make the same mistake again.

Please don’t read good reviews and think they reflect the honest shape of this establishment at present. This restaurant is absolutely filthy, where they prepare food, the dining area and near the trash cans was abhorrent. Food on almost every table, all over the floor. Behind the counter there was food and garbage all over the floor. Our food was 30 minutes being prepared when we ordered ahead for pick up. Nobody began to make it until we inquired about our order. Countless people were also waiting for over 15-20 minutes each. This place has taken a dive and if CoreLife cares about their image they will clean it up or close the doors. Disappointing as this is one of the only fresh options in the area. We were worried we would end up with food poisoning.

Love to see such refreshingly clean food making a comeback. Drinks and dressings are made here from scratch daily. The cold-brewed iced coffee is a MUST try. Paired with almond milk and the provided stevia, it is the best coffee we've had in a long time. Lots of other good drinks here too and you can sample them all. A couple of my favorites were cranberry cayenne leomanade and blueberry mint leomanade.

UPDATE: All the drinks are now replaced with what must be considered as downgrades unfortunately.

I was there picking up and order December 9th and one of the guys on the front line had his pants down below his butt cheeks! Disgusting! This should be a heath code violation!

Im not sure what has happened in the past year, but 6 months ago this place was 5 stars. Every order was on time, accurate, and delicious!
However this past month, I have ordered 4 different times, and EVERY TIME something was wrong.
I paid for extra meat 2 different times and never got it. I placed an order online and waited 40 minutes for it PAST the scheduled time. After that I gave this place one more chance and again it disappointed.. the food tasted super bland, it was almost like they forgot the seasoning. And everytime I order sweet potatoes they came burned to a crisp 😭
WHAT HAPPENED??!! THIS CORE LIFE USED TO BE SOOO GOOD. Its so sad.

Service was super slow, they didn't seem too concerned that we had to wait more than 15 minutes beyond our scheduled order ready time (we ordered ahead). We also happened to find a hair in the food, but didn't want to wait another 20-30 minutes to get a replacement meal, so we just dealt with it. The food tasted good, but I expected that for the price. I also think you don't get much protein in their portions.

Ordered a meal with extra steak for $4 and got 8 little cubes of steak that I’m sure can only be one serving. Ordered the kale chicken ceaser salad with two dressings and Parmesan crisps and got no dressing and no Parmesan chips. The website is terrible and gives you no place to get support or even contact info so they get this google review instead. Careless employees and incomplete orders.

I called 9 hrs earlier...let the manager know I had a group of 20 coming in later. The manager was cool. 'We'll take care of ya!' He uttered. 'See you at 6:30.' But he didn't. When we arrived, one gal was there to make all our food. It took over an hour. The line was so long. People giving up...leaving like Karens at a Wiz Khalifa concert. Oh, the humanity. The food was fine but the service was so bad it was nearly unbelievable. It was like a bad prank...we waited for the show host to jump out from the kitchen and inform us we were on the new FOX gag show, Zoinkies! I can't believe that just happened. The wait was like Monopoly long. I bought all the railroads and bankrupted my entire crew before the last Sriracha ginger chicken hit the counter. For shame. For shame.
