Terrible service. I understand being busy and understaffed, but it would be nice to have some kind of communication. We were seated and waited 30 minutes without water or knowing who was serving us. We watched “workers” with zero sense of urgency or care. We were completely ignored. I was part of a small group on a Saturday evening- but we all walked out. I can’t imagine running a business this way. At the very least: Try this cool idea called COMMUNICATION, where maybe you could let people know what’s going on or how long to expect to wait. Won’t be coming back and do not recommend
I called and made a reservation which was not confirmed when arrived and after told it would be a 15/20 minute wait, was actually a 40-60 minute wait. The hostesses took my order over the phone, I checked in 39 minutes later and the order was never placed. she then blamed the kitchen when it was clearly her fault. 0/10 would not reccomend

Overall mediocre experience, the food alone was something could have made better at home not to mention the fact the kitchen staff were smoking in the kitchen and walked out with a BLUNT! Do not recommend unless you'd like a contact high and mediocre food

I couldn't wait to share my thoughts about my experiences. Been coming here regular for the past month... mostly because of the OUTSTANDING service I receive from waitress Rocky. She's the best and look forward to many future visits... Thank you Rocky!!

The staff stands outside the front door smoking more than they're inside working.

It was the hotel restaurant, so we went twice. Once for dinner and once for breakfast. The breakfast was terrible - 1 star. We got there in the middle of it, and the buffet was picked over. The eggs were cold and dry. The coffee was terrible. The only thing that was any good was fresh fruit. $15 per person for that made me wish we had stayed at the Embassy Suites, where they have a good breakfast bar that is included in the room.
The night before we had dinner. The only reason for the second star is that my daughter loved her ribs special, and it was a good value. They got my order wrong. I ordered nachos and they brought me tacos. They were bland and watery. They reduced the price of the meal because of the mistake. But then they brought me a beer I didn't order - and then charged me for it.

Great food and great service. It was a nice place to stop by and check out while exploring Peoria. The ribs were super tender and the fries were hot and crispy. 😋 Definitely enjoyed the martinis and Moscow Mule. 🌟

poor service and bad food
Terrible service! We had to cancel our entire dinner bc of the insane lack of service. Waited 45min for our motz sticks and never got them bc we had a show to get to. Show was at 7 we were seated around 5pm (should have been plenty of time)
What a train wreck. This was such a bad experience. I would never come back here. We had reservations to eat here. When we arrived there were at least 15 people cramped inside the lobby area waiting to be helped. The host?, wasn’t explaining to anyone what was happening and not providing clear answers. He would sit a party, then just walk away, it was one of the strangest restaurant experiences I have ever seen. Everyone up front was equally confused and trying to figure out what was happening. I heard him tell some walk in customers that they could be seated but might not be able to eat? We should have left when the madness up front was throwing red flags in our face. We got seated eventually and then we waited and waited and waited. At least ten to fifteen minutes later the host came over and asked if we had been helped. We hadn’t so he got our drink order, unfortunately he didn’t know basic questions about what they even served at the restaurant. We then waited at least 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive. So at this point it’s been 30 minutes since we arrived to eat and we just received our drinks. He stopped by some time later and took our food order. It took another hour to get our food. We finished our drinks before the food came and ordered more drinks while we were eating. The drinks never came. We received our bill then ten minutes or so later the drink showed up while we were waiting for someone to take our payment. We had to find someone to pay so we could leave the restaurant, we needed the second round of drinks removed from our bill and they were going to have to get us cash for the difference. I just want to reiterate, we had reservations for 4 people at five o’clock. We ended up leaving at 6:45, we had sandwiches for dinner and one round of drinks. If you don’t have the staff or management to run the fifteen tables in the building don’t seat every table or offer dinner service. It was apparent that people in the restaurant were upset. Only come here if you have 2-3 hours for dinner and want bad service. I couldn’t recommend this place to anyone, just read through the other reviews. Unfortunately this place will probably not survive unless drastic changes are made. Only send you worst enemies here.
Made reservation and couldn't accommodate due to walkins . Terrible customer service. Would never go back...ever
We were in there before a show to get a quick bite to eat. Took 20 minutes to get drinks and nearly 75 minutes to get our food. Because of the delay, we weren't able to check-in to our rooms and change clothes before the show. Hardly no one was getting food. The food was OK once we did get it. Otherwise, it would have been a 1 star rating. Server said they were down a cook.
