Crusens is a must whether you live here or just visiting. It's family owned and they have a great crew who knows what it means to take care of the customer. I have been going to Crusens for 30 plus years and it's changed a lot over the years and it's grown a lot. I've had date night there, company Christmas party there, boys night out, crashed a few girls night out no matter what it's a great time

I came in by myself as a woman and was ignored. Every server had an excuse why they ignored me when I approached them. I had planned to stay and eat but they treated me like crap. If you are a woman and come in by yourself expect to be treated like crap. Do not recommend

Someone should speak w the Male bartender as to how he treats women, female bar tender is just as bad ignoring guest. Think as to how they treat a customer. We stopped here with a few friends to get drinks. The live band was great! Bartenders were on it and my drinks tasted fantastic! I will say this is my preferred crusens, not a super "young" crowd like Farmington road.
Bartenders were extremely rude. Took my mom there for her birthday and they were horrible. Pizza is as horrible too

The tenderloin was good and the waitress was nice but they need to update their prices on their on-line menu. The full tenderloin was $15.99 not $13.99 as listed on the on-line menu. Came on Wednesday night and listened to Jake Zuercher who was really good.
