Have yet to have a bad experience at a Culver's, and this location was no different. The Pub Burger was so insanely good, the service was fast and friendly, and the restaurant was reasonably clean for a fast food joint. Always have to visit Culver's when there's one in the area, and this one didn't disappoint.

I will not come back to this location, this is the 3rd chance I have given this particular location and never again . After been served soupy shakes , as well as stale toppings on ice cream and then tonight being told I could get a cooler because they decided to clean out the machine 45mins before they even close. I went to the location on university and they served me with a smile 15 min before they closed . So you all need to do better

Horrible experience. Waited forever at drive through intercom then finally drove to window where the order for a cooler was placed and I was asked to pull around to wait. I waited and waited and waited and atleast five cars came and went so I pulled around to ask for my money back never to have received my order

I normally don’t leave reviews, let alone bad reviews, but this place is extremely unorganized. Waited 15 minutes for a drink when there were only 2 other cars; one of which left because their food was taking so long. No one came to give me an update or apologize for the inconvenience. Extremely disappointing. You can go to any other Culver’s here in Peoria and get way better service.

Just wanna give a shout out to this Culver’s, especially Tarese (sry if I misspelled)!!! We mistakingly ordered curbside from the wrong location. We were so embarrassed we didn’t pick it up!! LOL!! But she called us letting us know that our order was still there!! That is EXCELLENT service! Thank you :)
