Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

The burgers were cold and did not taste like meat.
They were placed in a bag by someone I observed digging in and throwing something from his ear. He then grabbed napkins and was going to put them in my bag but I told him not to.
I called and informed the manager who was not properly disgusted and appalled that a customer was mistreated.
Tomorrow I will call the health department.

Ordered a birthday cake and LOL. It’s clear that this is not a taught skill or even based off of a template. The whole cake wasn’t frosted, it used non dairy frosting which wasn’t requested, looked NOTHING like the picture, writing was sloppy the I wasn’t dotted, t wasn’t crossed plus unevenly written, decorations were incorrect, and spaced uneven. I even just asked for the standard picture version no modifications. What I ordered vs what I got. I’m not all that upset but if I had ordered it for a party or something fancy I probably would’ve been. Stars based off the cake not the place or people which were nice. This was $40. I could’ve got a grocery store ice cream cake for cheaper and cleaner. 💀 Posted pics of my received cake vs what the ordered cake looked like.

Friendly, fast, late-night snacks 🐓🐄🍔🍟 swallowed a piece of buttered toast whole like an alligator while driving. Fortunately there was enough butter. Could have been a disaster if it was any less lubricated. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Waited a while for our food only to get it and half of it was a completely different item. They said they would remake it. It took probably 5 minutes if not more for them to make a cheese burger with mustard only for it to have a ton of extra mustard on it.
I get that drive through and door dash type orders have a time frame but they were prioritized way over customers who were already here. Staff really seemed to just not care, no rush during what is probably a peak time, just felt like staff didn't care

Great ice cream - especially the dipped ice cream cones and Blizzards!

Staff was very attentive. I fellow was helping two older ladies. With the app on their phone so they could get free blizzards. Great customer service. They gave me super service also. Wow, my fries were hot and so was my burger. I really like this place.
