I'm from the UK and loved this dq until Wednesday. While waiting for our food , the girl working at the till was busy serving and ask one of the men working to take our food to us . He looked at me ,saw I was white, then replied....uh uh no. Blatant racist behavior because he wasn't doing anything apart from standing around.

Not only do have long line to wait in you have to deal with smart mouthed children taking your order.

$28 for a kids hot dog meal and adult chili cheese dog meal with milkshakes for the drinks. It took 17 minutes for 2 hot dogs, onion rings and cheese curds with no one else in the store. Unbelievable, guess DQ is on the way out.

I was mortified when I ordered a small cone at the drive through and was told that I owed $4.21. Seriously! Then when I actually receive d the cone, there was only about an inch of ice cream above the top of the cone. what a rip off! When I got a small cone at a DQ in Bloomington it cost $3.08 and was huge. Likewise, at the DQ in Washington, it was huge and only cost $2.50. I live near Eureka and can get a small cone of really great quality ice cream at Uncle Bob's in Eureka for $3.65.

In drive thru and the kid in the window can't tell me which is the Malt and which is the Shake. I said you can't ask thr person behind you. He's says we are in a rush. I said I just spent 20+ and you can't even tell me basics of your job. The point of customer service to have the customer come back, not get pissed because you can't figure out what you gave me. Called on thr phone the manager and he saud the same dumb thing, like we only have 3 people. I'm like thats fine I'll wait but to rush me off and you can't tell me what you handed me is not ok. You just made it and or the person behind you did and you can't ask??? My dad has dementia do won't notice if his Is shake or malt, but I would. I can't stand a damn malt. I'm calling GM tomorrow to tell him his employees have no idea about customer retention. How pissing them off is a good way for a location To lose people coming there. Can't have shifts if no one comes. Ridiculous.
