We came in on Sunday and ordered through the computer, the girl upfront acted like we weren’t there, she only had 3 other people at the bar, we ordered drinks and thought we would get them before our food or at least a water but the girl disappeared for a while, she finally asked us what our order was and if we were eating here and then disappeared again, we tipped 25% because we always take care of our servers, when we finally got our food, she brought up the drinks, I had ordered on the computer a margarita with a raspberry hibiscus floater and she says “ we have frozen piña colada or strawberry” and I said yeah I wanted a frozen margarita and she said “ yeah well they have alcohol on them” we said “we know, we are bartenders but I wanted a frozen margarita” there’s a big difference between a margarita and the drinks she was pushing also a frozen margarita is easy to make. I finally said we just wanted a refund on the drinks which obviously upset her, at that point we were just frustrated and confused about the how service works, she said she couldn’t give us any refunds for our two drinks we never got. We love the food here but really disappointed with the service. We obviously want a refund for our drinks but also for the generous tip we gave for no reason. I hate to post reviews like this since we are in the service industry but it was insane.

The food , delivery , service was AMAZING !! Our Block Party was a huge success due to the excellent catering !! The food came EXACTLY ON TIME , was HOT , and was Easy to serve . HOT dog bar had an insane amount of condiments !! Excellent VALUE , service , and YUMMY FOOD !!

Had a great first time experience. Got the hot chicken and cheese fries which was delicious, but the best part was the strawberry sour. Dakota waited on us and gave excellent service. Could not ask for a better experience. Will definitely be back and hopefully when Dakota’s working to get another strawberry sour.

My husband and I were the only people in the place, and it took 25 minutes to get our food. Ordered a couple of beers, keg was empty for my beer, and the tap was wrong on my husband's beer. I selected a different beer, and that keg was empty too. The server checked all the tap handles and found at least four other empty kegs, so we ended up just getting a bottle of Shiner. When our food finally came out, the server dropped it off at our table and then disappeared. There was not an employee in the dining room/behind the bar while we ate. This was our first time at this restaurant and it will be our last as well.

This place is really great. It’s been here for a while but I always forget about it. The sausage I had was really good and my kiddos loved the tots.

The food here is fantastic and varied. Shout out to the kitchen staff because they were belting it out hot and fast. The waitress was alright but was more interested on her phone than the job (curse of this generation). The beer selection was also very good and the hoffbrau was great
