Just called this location 2 different times to place an order it rang for more than 4 mins each time with no answer, but their website says they are not busy.

We ordered, on behalf of the church, one night after fellowship. Bare in mind, we were a loyal customer for over 10 years at this residence. However, the order never arrived. I called requesting to speak to manager to inform them our order been over 20 mins pass our delivery time. Immediately, the lady had every excuse to what seemed to be an easy apology and remake. Yet, very unprofessional. Claiming she was short staff and that she delivered the food personally. Stating she left it on the porch, all of which wasn't true. Why would a delivery driver leave the food on the doorstep without a tip?? Overall, we reported to another store on Knoxville asking we need contact corporate with regard to this very strange behavior. He promised to convey to the GM and that we will receive a call shortly.. never happened. Therefore, no one is ever planning to do business with any of these locations.

Food was undone and uncooked had to send it back and have it redone not once not twice but three times had to call the district manager to get the order fixed properly after the order was fixed properly i got home with the order done correctly the driver keeps calling me wont leave me alone i asked him to quit calling and he wont was not pleased with service

I’m from Champaign and every time I ordered Dominos from there-it wasnt great. But THIS store is honestly top tier! Every time I order from this location, it’s superior. Always exactly how I asked, always arrives FRESH. And the employees are also always polite. Thank you guys!!!!

There I was—alone, vulnerable, and armed only with a rolled-up magazine—face-to-face with a menacing WASP that had invaded my home. The air was thick with tension. My pizza was en route, but I feared I wouldn’t live long enough to taste its cheesy glory.
Suddenly, a knock on the door.
Enter: The Domino’s Delivery Heroine. A fearless warrior in a blue polo, wielding not just a pizza box, but courage.
I looked her dead in the eye and asked, “Are you brave enough to help me?”
Without hesitation, she crossed the threshold into battle. No sword. No shield. Just pure adrenaline and raw determination. With a single, mighty blow (possibly with a shoe—I was too stunned to tell), the wasp was vanquished. The kingdom (my living room) was safe once more.
As she handed me my pizza—still warm, still fresh, still fragrant with the scent of heroism—I knew this was no ordinary delivery. I took a bite and was instantly transported to Pizza Memory Lane, circa 2005, back when a mini pan pizza was the ultimate reward for reading four chapter books. Nostalgia hit harder than that wasp did.
Domino’s, you didn’t just deliver pizza. You delivered salvation. 10/10. Would summon again in times of great peril.
My orders have always been great and all of the delivery drivers have always been very friendly and timely. Probably one of the best delivery services in the area

What a experience to not get all your food delivered, told on the phone it would be there quickly. Wait a hour to be insured it would be 20 min then wait another hr to be placed on forever hold and never get a resolve. Worst employees and management ever

Placed order at 630pm for carry out on a Friday. Didnt get my order until 730pm. I get thats its busy on a Friday night. However, when the manager and a cook start yelling and cussing at each other, it doesnt help. This location needs some upper management help.

This pizza was absolutely terrible! I will never in all my life go back to THIS dominos. Ordered the pizza Sunday around 11am and received this , it was not done. It was so soggy that it just couldn’t even be picked up it was so limp. I spent $30 and this what I received , I called and told them that it was not up to standard && wanted a remake because this was absolutely terrible. I then clearly told the young lady on the phone to please make sure it was crispy and she sent back a pizza that looked EXACTLY the SAME! I didn’t even waste my time calling back because I didn’t want another remake and I didn’t want a credit because there is no way in actual hell I would ever order from here again. And what’s crazy is this used to be my favorite dominos in town to order from. NEVER AGAIN. The delivery guy was nice and apologized. Absolutely ZERO STARS DO NOT RECOMMEND.
