I place delivery order and was told 21-31 minutes. I called an hour later when it hasn't arrived yet. My order was in the oven. No apology offered.

Don’t work for them they don’t fired me because I was sick and the manager wanted me to bring in a sick note from the doctor the same day I was sick and it being in the food industry that’s not sanitary so I was wrongfully fired and yes I reported I to corporate

Most of the time I have good experiences here. Two times have I ever had a bad experience and I have been here probably around 50 times since moving back to Peoria. When the loaded tots came out originally they were moist on the outside but like the sahara desert on the inside... I don't know how it was possible but my experience (never ordered those again). And more recently the chicken alfredo. I used to get chicken alfredo all the time in both pan and bread bowls. I miss the breadbowls dearly and not sure why you took them away when you have what it takes to make them and other stores still sell them. Anywho it was chicken alfredo in a pan. The sauce was not right consistency and tasted off and the pasta was a bit hard. I never called to complain about these, just sometimes not worth the effort. Overall though, no huge issues with this location.

Sooo, I ordered here twice and had delivery issues... was totally going to leave a terrible review. UNTIL Ms. Hailey stepped in for the rescue! Omg, whoever made her a manager knew what they were doing. Hailey apologized for the delivery issues and also fixed the issue by providing me fresh pizzas for my family. 5 star customer service, and she did it with such a pleasant demeanor and a warm smile! I will definitely be back! Excellent job!

I would not use this location if I were you I tried ordering a few weeks ago and it sat in the prep stage for over a half an hour before I called and asked when it would be delivered and they had no delivery driver so I had to cancel. And I figured I would do it again today and try to give him another chance and as soon as I placed order they called and said they had no delivery driver again so do not use this location

Ordered 2 pizzas online and it said that it would be done in 12 minutes. Got to Dominos right when the order said it was ready. After getting home which I only live 5 minutes away, the pizza was so cold that I had to turn the oven on and stick slices of pizza in there to heat it back up.
