Overpriced for basic cafeteria food. Chicken salad was beyond trash to call it chicken salad when it's just chicken, crap ton of salt and some mayonnaise is a disgace. For that a small bag of chips and a medium gas station cappuccino was $13.45 my brain might be busted from a newly found MS lesion hence why I was in the hospital but my taste buds and sense of reasoning is still intact.... I miss the Spotted Cow...

Don's Bistro inside OSF was a go-to for lunches. Most of the employees were nice, listened, and even made suggestions. One or two need to smile, and be courteous, not just grunt a response. The food is delicious.

My experience with the food crew today was exceptional. The individual who took my order was courteous and patient. The food was excellent, consisting of BBQ pork nachos, a buffalo chicken wrap, and grilled cheeses. I was particularly pleased that they prepared the order efficiently, allowing me to return to labor and delivery with food for wife after giving birth. I will definitely return for another meal during my next visit.

I was very disappointed in the new peanut butter protein smoothie. It wasn't very well incorporated so I was left with a lot of ice and no flavor. Maybe it was the tiny straw they gave me. And it was expensive!

I’ve gotten the chicken salad sandwich before and enjoyed it more than the cafeterias. This time it was extremely salty. All I could taste was salt. Couldn’t finish the sandwich.Will go to cafeteria next time.
