I really hate writing negative reviews, especially for fast-food places, because what am I expecting, anyway? A three-star Michelin meal? No, but I am expecting nice, average service, the type that doesn't stand out for the better. My friend and I came through the drive-through at 9:00 A.M.; after the woman barked out questions, he ordered a large iced pumpkin spice latte with oat milk and no whip, which he had to repeat to her a few times.At the window, she offered us the latte with whipped cream — we told her “no whip” for the third time, and she went behind the window and seemed to have simply scraped off the whipped cream. While I don’t consume dairy for religious reasons, many don’t for allergies and health reasons, and if she does that often, it is a massive hazard for customers. Then, she asked about a lid and cold foam — it was hard to understand her and we only caught the cold foam part, so we said no. When she gave the whipless drink with a small yet suspicious white glob in the center, it had no lid. We asked for a lid, realizing she must've taken "no whip" as "no lid" (which is very understandable), but apparently, that was the wrong course of action for our cashier. She ended our more-than-uncomfortable interaction by talking badly about us before we even drove away. I know customers are awful, but we were very patient; our only crimes were exchanged glances of bewilderment.All in all, this was not a great experience for an eight-dollar coffee (yeesh, corporate). However, what really prompted me to write this review was the scraping of the whipped cream — if you have any allergies, go inside and watch them make your food or drink.

Horrible service. I was the only person in the store and the employee ignored me for 5 minutes. I walked out. Never going back. The store near St Francis hospital Peoria Illinois.Plus, they had only one type of. Donut available. Just one. Worst service ever.

Great Dunkin overall. Everything besides customer service is 5/5 in my experience. Customer service is about a 3.5/5. They’re nice but the speaker is ear piercingly loud and there’s a lot going on through the window normally. The coffee is always good and they’re quicker than most Dunkin’s.

The donuts were ready when I got there to pick them up. The associate needed a little time to find my order and they just gave an extra (free!!) box of donuts for the trouble! I loved the strawberry filling.

Wish I could give less than one star. This is the worst service I've ever experienced. I placed my order in the drive thru but she kept cutting me off while I was ordering so I wasn't sure if she had heard me. The lady screamed at me saying "I got it, alright?!" I was completely taken back and not expecting that. I then asked kindly if I could have no ice and she continued to scream at me saying they won't make the drink if it has no ice. I asked why and she just continued to yell with no explanation. To top it all off, I had a coupon on my dunkin app for a free coffee since it was national coffee day. She continued to yell at me and say that the total was $6 when I explained that I had a coupon. She was unprofessional and extremely rude. Then when I finally got my drink, it tasted absolutely horrible like it was watered down with absolutely no pumpkin syrup or oat milk in it like I'd requested. Never ever go to this location, this lady was horrible and so was the drink!

Tried to redeem a coupon and was unable to. Breakfast sandwich wasn’t stacked right, so cheese was all over outside of croissant. Way more expensive than I was expecting.

it’s like a 50/50 if they’ll get your coffee the way you like it. Past two days I’ve went can’t even taste the caramel in the coffee it just taste like watered down black coffee.
