The customer service here absolutely SUCKS. The employees working the drive thru need to learn how to open their mouths and greet customers respectfully. These drive thru employees who act like they do not like working at Dunkin should QUIT.
I placed a mobile order for walk-in only to get there and have to stand and wait for it for an exceptionally long period of time. When it finally was ready I took my almond croissant and my coffee to go. When I open the bag with the Almond croissant I think they mistakenly gave me the wooden door stop. It was extremely burnt and hard as a rock. The coffee was subpar. I would keep on driving and not waste my money stopping here

The staff was not especially friendly and I felt like I was somehow imposing on their day. Will not return.
Parking: Parking lot is very small and cramped. Only three regular spots and one handicap. Very tight and awkward.

So I went to Dunkin donuts on university st by Aldi's and usually I go there every single day and order the exact same thing and they messed up the order and I called and they said they would replace. Got there for the replacement and I'm guessing the person in charge was the nastiest person I have come acrossed in a very long time. He kept insisting that the coffee I order anywhere from 1 to 3xs a day didn't exist and almost threw a bottle of mocha at me all aggressively. Needless to say I won't go back there ever again. My bill was $71.00 u couldn't fix a 5$ coffee that u messed up....for real??? I will never again go back there. The Dunkin on Knoxville was much better. Instead of arguing with the man I just bought 3 people's orders behind me what better way to deal with someone being nasty than spreading love. As for u...whoever u were I am sorry for the bad day you were having and I will pray for u...

I come here often since it's the closest location, so I can say that more often than not the coffee tastes old. The service is also subpar lately. Wasn't like this a couple years ago, but now the new guys here are just rude and unhelpful. It's more worth your time and money to go to the Heights location instead.

Was in this morning ..I ordered a dozen assortment..to take to guys at work..An Dang Guys Not a single long john!! Whats up with that??? At least 4 cake donuts!! Comeon mix it up!! The price i paid should of gone a couple long johns!! Very disappointed
