The man who takes your cash/hands you your items is hands down one of the most impatient and rudest people I have encountered and he is consistently rude like that every time. God forbid I take two seconds to put my card back in my wallet before you hand me the straws. Won’t be coming back here.

I go here twice a week for hot or iced coffee/breakfast. I love the coffee and it is on my way to work. But the man at the drive thru window is so mean and rude! It makes me sick to my stomach. He acts like it's a inconvenience or I am bothering him. How can you be pissed off every day? It's too early in the morning to be dealing with a nasty attitude. If you don't want to work, just go home. Don't go around ruining everyone else day because you are having a moment. Because the reality is...if you don't have no customers then you will not have no business. You think you are mad now. You will be BIG Mad with no business! So get it together!

It's pretty amazing how often orders are made incorrectly at this location. More often than not, entire ingredients are absent in drink orders. I've had drinks that were missing syrups, sweeteners, and dairy altogether. These are on menu items, not custom orders. For example, I have ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso 4 times here this year, and 3 times it has been made wrong. Twice with no sweetener and once with no oatmilk at all. Consistently terrible!

I placed a mobile order for walk-in only to get there and have to stand and wait for it for an exceptionally long period of time. When it finally was ready I took my almond croissant and my coffee to go. When I open the bag with the Almond croissant I think they mistakenly gave me the wooden door stop. It was extremely burnt and hard as a rock. The coffee was subpar. I would keep on driving and not waste my money stopping here

Parking: Parking lot is very small and cramped. Only three regular spots and one handicap. Very tight and awkward.
