Stopped here for some coffee and food before a long road trip, the service was good but the coffee was terrible. The hot coffee tasted watered down, the iced coffee barley had any creamer and they had actual sugar in it so the first sip I took I got a mouthful of grainy sugar, it wasn’t mixed or anything. It was terrible. The hash browns tasted like a metal oven. I didn’t have a good experience at all. I honestly think whoever is making the drinks doesn’t know how to make them. I’m a huge Dunkin customer and never has an issue like this at other locations.

The ice cream was decent but when i got my coffee it was burnt.
I didn’t have a problem with my order or anything like that. The lady was just so rude and then nothing else after that they wouldn’t even acknowledge my presence. I was the only person in the store. One customer walked in after I walked out and they looked right past me as if someone was behind me.
