Sancocho soup 🍲 to die for ,if you love a chunky soup here you go. The avocado chicken toast is awesome yummy 😋.
Pumpkin pie shake is good. Carmel Apple crepe is absolutely delicious.

Stopped in to pick up lunch and ordered a Beyond burger(with a gluten free bun) and sweet potato fries. It was all delicious! It was relatively busy but I didn’t have to wait very long. The staff was nice and helpful. This is one of my favorite places to eat!

Great healthy vegan options and the place is beautifully decorated and full of light. The vegan items were clearly labelled. There’s a few tables on the patio outside and they let my dog sit with me. I got the orange tofu and it was excellent.

I actually ordered via Uber Eats but I am giving 5 stars across the board because I love this place so much. I ordered the teriyaki salmon bowl, sweet potato fries and avocado brownie. The bowl was big enough for dinner and lunch the next day, the fries were steaming hot and delish and the brownie hit the spot. It's extremely difficult to find healthy, gluten free food that tastes amazing at a restaurant. EatandEvolve does it perfectly. And they support and fund the work of EP!C and Ronald McDonald House. You will not be disappointed! I will be a repeat customer and with the vast menu options I can't wait to try it all.

This is one of my favorite, clean restaurants in Peoria. great gluten-free options, high quality ingredients and friendly service. breakfast lunch and meal service. It's a gem!

My friend is vegan and she recommended Eat and Evolve for dinner. I had the chicken Florentine crepe & WOW, it was delish!! Large portions, we both took a to-go box full of food. Quaint ambiance & very friendly service. Thank you!

First time here and I really wanted to like it. Have heard good things. However it was disappointing. I ordered the pork bowl at $18.00 and the pork was so dried out I couldn't eat it. The potatoes lacked any real flavor. The veggies were good and fresh however.

If I could give this place zero stars I would!!! Food was absolutely terrible and I am not picky. My boyfriend wouldn’t even eat his eggs bacon and potatoes… and he literally eats anything. I ordered the pepper steak bowl which was $20. Recieved LITERALLY 4 pieces of extremely tuff steak and a big bowl of cold rice after waiting 25 minutes for food. The woman working was very helpful and had them make me something else. I hate complaining at restaurants I feel so bad. I got the teriyaki salmon and it was actually solid and cold all throughout. I gave up at that point. For how expensive it is you think they would actually put effort into making their food edible… My stomach was tore up after trying this place for the first time. I feel bad because the workers were nice and very helpful but the food actually made me sick afterwards I couldn’t even keep down what I actually ate.

This restaurant serves great vegan food - it’s healthy, full of flavor and innovative! The food is cooked fresh. My non-vegan lunch partners tell me the non-vegan food is also great. I highly recommend these folks if you are looking for a hearty healthy tasty meal - especially if you are vegan/vegetarian/gluten issues or allergies!

The gem of Peoria! Exceptional food, healthy, fresh, and the owners are fabulous individuals who provide meals to the local community. Can't say enough good things about this restaurant and ownership. They have easy online ordering options with DoorDash or you can order a set menu of meals and have food delivered on a weekly basis.
