Over thirty minute wait. Only one family in front of us when we walked in. The workers friends were loitering at the cash register. I thought they needed to order. No just loitering. All of them cackling about one of the coworkers riding someone else’s bike around on the sidewalk . Two men and another couple came in after us. They all four got their food before us. had to wait 30 Minutes to get our food. no ketchup, no soda. we have never had such terrible service here before.
Men’s restroom had no paper towels to dry your hands after washing. Really pricey for what you get. $18.95 for cheeseburger, fries, drink. Coke dispenser was out of most flavors on both sides. Unimpressed by the burger, even Culver’s has a better burger than this, for a better price. Fries were good.
Took a REALLY long time to get food after ordering!
Unimpressed overall.
