So we just left the one in Peoria at the shopping center on Westlake and I tried to use my gift card but they said the internet was down huh but everybody else was using their credit and debit cards I think this is a scam I even had the receipt for my gift card in which they could have charged me $15 took the $25 gift card and put it through when the internet was up later and been done with it I will never go back horrible experience

The gentlemen working upfront tonight were so friendly and personable it completely brightened up what was a very mediocre day. I wish I had caught their names but everyone working the night of 1/18/2025 are absolutely wonderful.

So Five Guys isn't super cheap that's sure but the food is good the fries are great and you get a giant helping but honestly what makes this place so amazing is the staff and the service. They are always upbeat positive friendly helpful and amazing and you know what I'll pay a little bit more money for a place that treats me like that so keep up the good work
