Worst Chinese food we’ve ever had. We threw it all away — found shaved metal in our food.

This is the second or third time they have sold me OLD food. On one occasion my egg roll was literally rotten. This time I could taste that the rice was stale and it tasted like refrigerator. My beef in my broccoli beef was way too chewy and inedible. I will not be returning.

Food was bad. Had sweet and sour chicken and the chicken was raw and spoiled. Everything tasted like old oil too. Used to be my go to place. Not anymore

Fried rice was gross. Pork eggrolls are great. Low mein is ok. Egg drop soup was bland

Portion sizes were great however the ham fried rice was undercooked with the ham being like cut up lunch meat pieces instead of pieces of ham chunks. The noodles were over done. The egg rolls and crab Rangoon’s were great! I don’t know if they had an off day or if this is the norm for them since this was the first time I tried this restaurant.

We liked GK in the past, but had a really bad experience with their delivery service recently that has made us decide to look elsewhere for Chinese.
The food delivery was more than an hour late when we were finally told by their website customer service (after speaking to several people) that the delivery driver canceled the order, yet we were never informed, nor refunded prior to calling.

The people I spoke to were often times rude, either sending us to a “manager’s phone number” that literally didn’t exist, and even hanging up once when we said it would need to be canceled if they couldn’t remake it and get it out to us. Her response was “Okay,” and then she disconnected the call.

We paid $40 to basically waste our time for an hour and a half and still not have food by 10 at night.

Worse was the fact that only their website customer service even expressed any apology for the poor service. GK themselves didn’t even offer a discount or offer to make it for us to pick up. It was the first time we’ve had an issue with them, but it was bad enough that we do not want to go back.
