Overall, I and the group I was with had a really good time. There's a good selection of activities. The staff was well trained and pleasant. However I had a couple of issues.

1. The building was hot, which isn't great for doing physical activities.
2. The food sucks. Bad.

I saw they had pinball and moved to the landmark. So I checked the reviews. There was no option to comment except by the owner. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone for their reviews. The owner seems to blame the patrons a lot for "not saying something" about the staff, failure to provide services, temperature, or overpricing. The owner seemed to want to verify reservations to validate what these people were saying to be even more difficult about addressing their concerns. Either way, I saw enough to know I'm not going to check it out. I miss the otb horse betting and sports bar. If a new owner was smart, they would subscribe to race TV and put horse racing on their TVs to bring the 50 of us regulars back. We bought drinks and food as we bet on the horse races. Hawthorne screwed up and trashed their track in Chicago and closed all their otb sites as a result. But Peoria made money, 7 days a week. The paradice wont listen either..all it takes is 2 or 3 tvs on the major tracks and you'll have a bunch of retirees sitting there for 5 hours eating and drinking during the races..and be the only bar offering it. The triple crown races always packed the joint.. as for the rage room and axe throwing, that has to be high insurance costs and why it's so expensive.. millennials are so weird. I might come thru and check the pinball games. But if it's a dollar per game. I'll just keep going where they are 50 cents a game.

horrible experience, I came for my graduation party that my mom scheduled in February. I and my friends were all extremely excited. We were expecting a taco bar as were all of our guests as that is what was scheduled MONTHS prior. My mom called and confirmed the taco bar days prior to arrival. When we came in, we were told that no taco bar was scheduled and they “didn’t even have a kitchen”. Instead of multitasking and trying to de-escalate the situation, the staff stood there and acted like we were causing them inconvenience, and served us maybe 4 flat pizzas to cover 24 people! We had at least 20 minutes wasted in our party because no worker even volunteered to help explain the rules of the throwing and get the throwing started. When I went to the front desk to ask someone if they could help us, I received a rude one word reply from a young woman and she explained the rules to us with incredible attitude. I am very patient with people in the service industry as I work in it myself, but the treatment I and my guests received was awful and it was incredibly difficult to keep my composure. I hope that the staff at gone social will better learn how to handle situations like this with grace and kindness instead of redirecting the blame on PAYING customers. Do better.

Terrible. Shame on Gone Social. My daughter wanted a graduation party and we booked 24 people for Axe throwing with A TACO BAR!!! We picked it out on their menu in February. My daughter told her friends and when we arrived there, NO TACO BAR, when we paid for it!
Instead, they could only offer us thin, sad pizzas. It was their mistake and they acted like WE were bothering them. We paid A LOT for poor service, and people who didn't care. GOOD LUCK GO SOCIAL KARMA IS A B.

We wanted to find a fun, last minute activity for my 22nd birthday, and axe throwing at Gone Social was the best choice we could’ve made! I regret not getting the name of our instructor again before we left as his name slipped my mind, but he was incredibly personable, helpful, and hilarious! I’d recommend axe throwing at Gone Social to anyone in the Peoria area looking for a fun and competitive night!

My group had an amazing time. The instructor was a lot of fun. Highly recommend to all. Can’t wait to come back.

Went to play pinball here. An employee says it’s a private event I need you to beat it. No signs on the doors about a private event. Rude overall could have just said it’s a private event can you please leave.

Played one of the virtual reality escape rooms with a friend. Definitely different from the traditional games that Gone has offered in the past, but a really unique and high visual quality experience-especially at the affordable price point. Love the tech quality and the help from our game master. I recommend these games for sure!

Great fun! Very enjoyable time. Somewhat similar to bowling but with less physical pain after.

For the price I paid for the smash room for 4 kids was well worth it. All 4 thanked me and said that was the best release they've ever felt!!! I'm glad to have this so close to home and the help was amazing. Definitely will be returning again soon.

Genuinely conflicted but I’ll let you know why.The lower to mid-range packages seemed much more bang for buck but in the not-so-distant past.“Current ones leaves much to be desired and I miss the old interior atmosphere. Not sure how I can have nostalgia for a franchise still so young.”

Not what you think it will be if you are booking the rage room as your only activity.Sent two teens and they broke some bottles and glasses off a tee ball stand for ten minutes.Promised koozies with package and didn't deliver.Had to ask for voucher that was also promised and was told they were out of those as well but luckily found one.Offering packages that you can not fill the order for leaves consumers feeling bad.Gloves could be better as we encountered an injury from glass. Can not imagine how folks feel that drive from out of town
