You guys leave your franchise up to your employees. Even when you have cameras you know what they do. I have receipts and I've complained.
This hardees has terrible service. Drive-thru takes forever. I don't think I have ever not waited 5 minutes for my food even with no-one inside. They always pull cars up in drive-thru to make time because they are so slow. Service is not good! Management doesn't seem to care and are always making excuses when asked about crappy service.
