Went through the drive-thru around 7:00 am this morning before work. No one was in the dining room or drive-thru at that time. I ordered a Biscuit and Gravy. My total was $5.05 with tax. I had a few minutes extra so I figured I'd pull into a parking spot and eat real quick. I open up the container and my biscuit was cold and hard as a rock and my gravy was cold. I decided even though it was only $5.05 I wasn't eating it. I go back through the drive-thru and tell them the biscuit was hard and cold and the gravy was cold and I would like a refund. I pull up to the window and about 2 minutes later they arrive at the window, open it, hand me my money back, and close the window. Not a word! No apology, no offer to remake the order so I could eat before I went to work. That's why I stopped there! To eat! No nothing. Extremely rude way to handle a customer service situation. I haven't been to that location in awhile and definitely won't go back. Drove past there around 12:30 pm after I got off work and the parking lot and drive-thru were completely empty again. Terrible service, terrible food = No customers. The management team needs to train their employees better on providing quality food and service if they want to continue to keep their doors open. Or maybe the manager needs to be retrained on how to better coach and lead their staff.

Wish I could give them a zero on there food alone. What is going on? Last visit another customer took my food but that's not on the employees but when I did finally get my food it was wrong. Then I went today and my biscuit was made incorrectly again and burnt both times I couldn't even eat it. 20 bucks down the drain. Never again.

I just paid 13 bucks for 1 cold breakfast sandwich that seemed like it had been under a heat lamp since yesterday and 2 small orders of cold soggy hash browns. I could have sat down at Los Cabos for that price. Fast food is dead.
