Food was good and was actually hot unlike every other time I go to Hardees, service was above average. Two female employees were smoking cigarettes right next to drive thru and one of the main entrances. Against the law and very discourteous to do so.

USED the DRIVE THRU. Pulled up to window after ordering since Im hearing impaired. Helpful Hardee's worker repeated order, took coupon + payment. Given COLD drinks 1st. Asked me to pull up further to receive hot fries and hot chicken sandwiches. This Hardee's has a Clean exterior and side parking landscaped and very parklike. Food was delicious! We just ate in our car on side of building. We'll return to that location again. (N. Knoxville Peoria IL 3pm)

The service was very bad, we were standing at the counter for about 10 minutes before someone came out to help us. They were talking in the back and not busy at all. We were the only ones there. Did not say anything like, good morning, good day, good to see you! The food was OK. I can’t believe that are still open!

Decided to give it a shot to go thru the drive thru and order some food, the girl serving had the worst customer attitude when I was ordering. After I ordered drove to the window to pay and pick up my order, the girl look like she just woke up out of bed and hair everywhere not even wearing a uniform, it completely gross me out to the point I didn’t even eat my food. Now I know why this place always looks empty and I personally would not recommend it and I would never go back here.
