The customer in line ahead of me accidentally dropped her drink and it spilled on the counter and on the floor. The employee working rolled her eyes, didn't clean up the mess, and acted super annoyed the lady did this. Another customer almost slipped and she still made no effort to clean it or put a wet floor sign out. When it was my turn to order, the employee didn't say hello, good morning, eff you or anything. I get it....I've worked customer service my entire adult life. But the employee's piss poor attitude really put a damper on my morning. The cleanliness of the indoor dining area left much to be desired.

Something told me today Hardee's was the spot to go to for lunch today & I was not disappointed & almost felt like a movie how fast & nice the service was. By time my drink was done I had my food and it was cooked perfectly and the new crinkle fries with the seasoning is a perfect side with there chicken tenders. Ate my meal and still had time to relax and enjoy my break thank you Hardee's on Knoxville keep up the good work

Stopped at drive thru. They were out of large cups, medium cups, regular fries, curly fries. When I pulled around the drive thru there was an employee sitting in the drive thru smoking a cigarette. Finished his cigarette then went inside to help me at drive thru. He never washed his hands and his long hair was not being pulled up at all. Stay away from this nasty place.

I was not given the correct sandwich I ordered. I didn't notice until I had pulled away from the drive through. It is my fault for not checking but also the fault of the people working not confirming that the order was correct before giving it to me.
The food is usually fairly decent but nothing special, being good for a lunch on the go.

The food was like warm. Not cooked fresh. Staff seemed unaware of customers service etiquette. Common area needs cleaning.
Personally, I feel like the food should be good enough so you can tell what it is. Somehow, the picture below is a nashville chicken sandwich. It literally looks like something I could make from my backyard. Along with the entity, the chicken tenders I ordered were very bad. If you're considering going to Hardee's, there's no need to drive; you have a trash can.

I guess they forgot about me because others that order after me got their food before me. I asked about it but the woman ignored me. She heard me because I heard her asking the back for what I ordered. She handed to me without an apology for forgetting me. And she said “ you’re welcome “, because I didn’t say thank you. That’s rude. She didn’t deserve a thank you. I deserved an apology.
Had an error with my order. They corrected it by giving me a replacement meal. A few days later they still honored their word. I am very thankful it wasn't a big deal. No one was rude about it. Really appreciate it and letting others know they can trust this location if you talk and give them time.
