The food is always amazing, but tonight the service was top notch. My son loves the mashed potato bowls from KFC and since most KFC’s in the area closed, he’s been missing them. The owner heard my son talking about putting corn on top of his potatoes and how much he likes it. The owner took it upon himself to make sure my son had his own serving of corn and shredded cheese to go with his meal and make his own mashed potato bowl. It was a very thoughtful, kind gesture. My 8 year old walked out of the restaurant extremely happy and stating how nice and kind the man was. Thank you, sir, it truly meant the world to us! You’ve got lifelong customers from us! ❤️

Casual atmosphere and clean too. The senior meal is a great value and yummy! I had a beef brisket sandwich with lots of meat and coleslaw for $9 plus iced tea. It is not easy to get a meal that is not fast food for this amount of money these days. All the people who work there are nice too!!! A true 10!!!????

Really great pulled pork sandwich, beyond how great the food is. The service is even better than the food.
I came back the next day, and had their pulled chicken sandwich. If they weren't so far away from where I lived, I would be here more.

I called the restaurant and I talked to him young lady who is real nice and I haven’t Had smoked ribs and brisket smoked for a very long time. Besides when I do it myself, I got at home and I was mortified. I got a big sampler platter and it was with. I ordered an extra order of a waffle fries so it came to like $45 total. I weighed my brisket cause I got a scale cause I’m on a diet. I thought I’d be able to make three or four meals of this my brisket can only weigh not even quite 3 ounces I didn’t weigh the ribs cause they were four bones. They called it and it was four I didn’t weigh that the pulled brisket because it had like not juice from it but like oil or something in it and I tasted to see if it was the juice from them and boy it wasn’t don’t know what it was, but I took pictures of it. I’d love to be all post pictures. I would not go back there ever in my life Again I mean I smoke stuff on. I got two smokers, but it’s in the middle winner and I’m disabled so I can’t cook anything out there so I thought man I’d try this and I did expect to have enough for like three meals at least maybe four I ended up feeding 90% of it to my dog. It was that bad my dog loved it, but I don’t know. I was so disappointed.

Monday afternoon. Not busy. The Mrs wanted a cueshoe. She thought it was her favorite dish here but this time it fell short to her expectations. I had the smoked wings with mango habenero sauce. I enjoyed the wings and the sweet hot sauce did make me break a slight sweat. Our other diner had a pulled pork sandwich and cornbread and fries. It was to much for her to finish. Late lunch it was ok overall.

My experience with an employee named Brady was honestly ridiculous. All I did was ask for a paper copy of my bill, and he responded with completely unnecessary attitude and rudeness. That kind of unprofessional bullshit is unacceptable, and because of it, I’m never coming back!!!

Best barbecue in the area by a long shot. Brisket actually had a nice crust to the outside, which a lot of places around here can’t seem to get right. Sauces are great, sides were delicious too. I really enjoyed the kick of cumin in the beans. Service was very friendly and quick too. This is definitely our new go-to BBQ spot.

Quite a good variety of options to choose from. Easy to read back lit menu board to help make your food selections. The person at the cash register, who took our order, was helpful but somewhat gruff. Comfortable seating. Quick turnaround from ordering to eating. Generous portions of BBQ brisket. Your choice of BBQ sauce that you can get on the side or on the meat. Fresh salad. BBQ pinto beans with brisket were well cooked, tasted like chili though, not sweet BBQ beans like I like. BBQ ribs that my husband had were very tender, meat fell off the bone. Texas toast was served as well. Cherry cobbler had a good flavor but could have had more cherry and less pastry. Overall, we will return. The store is easy to find.
