Food as always was on point. I got the hot Sicilian hubs got the calzone. We always have exceptional service when coming here. Until tonight. The server/bartender you had on tonight Thursday 10/23/2025 was THE WORST. She didn’t even acknowledge us as we walked in and made us wait 5 minutes until she finally brought us menus. Never asked us what we wanted to drink literally set the menus down then left. We then waited another 5 minutes (mind you we were a 2 top and there were 3 at the bar plus one other 4 top in the whole place) her service was like pulling teeth. I asked for a PBR and this girl asked if I was asking for some sort of Dr Pepper, ARE YOU SERIOUS? How do you not know what a PBR is? IN PEORIA! Like I said FOOD WAS ON POINT!! Service? Lacking in all departments. My Husband and I come here ALL the time and this is THE first time we have ever been disappointed in the service. My husband ordered a gin and tonic and received a TALL slightly flavored gin drink WITH SODA WATER “oh it’s the same thing “ quoted the bartender. A gin and tonic is literally the easiest thing to make and for this “bartender “ to not only know what a PBR is but also not knowing a GIN AND TONIC???? seriously?

Went there before we went to see Gabriel Iglesias. Had a 16 inch works pizza. My wife and I both thought it was delicious. Will stop in if were back in town

New in town, first time here. The waitress or barmade whatever you want to call her was awful!!! Took her forever to even acknowledge we walked in the door. Took at least 10 min for her to bring us water. She was more concerned with the men sitting at the bar and chatting with them then to wait on customers at tables. Our food sat there for awhile after it was done because she was busy talking. Horrible horrible experience! I tipped one of the cooks because he came and cleared our tables and asked us if we needed anything else. Will NEVER return here! Will not recommend to anyone!

I order a 14 inch pizza for $25 last night was given to me undercooked the dough was still soft I asked the Caucasian male with the long gray hair. Can he put it back in the oven? He told me no because he didn’t like my attitude. He refused to put my pizza back into the oven he refuse to give me my money back, so I threw the pizza on the floor. He followed me outside to my car to call the police to give them my license plate number. So I waited for the police and was giving a disorderly conduct ticket for a pizza that I paid for but didn’t want. I can’t wait to go to court so I can waste everybody time with a trial.

this pizza was da bomb. our flight had to land here for layover and although we were disappointed, hoops was just a delight. we walked in at approximately 1 am and were greeted by a man with the most glorious mullet I've ever seen in my whole life. we sat down for pizza and it was so flipping good it was everything I've ever wanted. thank you hoops. your pizza was objectively better than the chicago pizza I had when my flight eventually got there. it was so so epically fantastically amazingly delicious!!!😋😋😋 never thought anything good would come out of peoria, but here I am.
