I can't review the pizza with anything more than the last 4 o'clock drunken binger in my 20s as we decided to pop in a few weeks back just to grab some pie and were told we all had to pay a $5 cover. There were nine of us.
Nobody in their right mind would pay $45 to have a chance to pay for pizza.
We tried to explain we just wanted pizza and the door dude basically bounced us.
I could totally understand if it was like 2:00am on a Saturday, but this was slightly before 9:00pm on a Friday.
Needless to say, we went somewhere else for pizza.

This place was across from our hotel and open late, so we decided to get some pizza and cocktails. Everyone walking out said it was spectacular and it was! Service was great and drinks were cheap. Bartenders were very helpful and recommended some slices. This pizza is awesome. The works slice has everything and is huge! This is midwest style pizza - thin crust, lots of cheese and toppings. The works was great and the garlic white sauce slice was the bomb!
Hoops should b ashamed of themselves they charge $5 to com in to eat.I can truly understand the cover charge for those that is not eating that's fine or add that $5 to they bill come on now HOOPS YAL GOTS TO DO

Best slices in town, period! Can't go wrong with any of the specialty slices. Great appetizers as well. The spicy mustard for the pigs in a blanket is delicious and has a bit of a kick! And don't forget about the Tator Kegs... A must for the wife and I either before or after Rivermen games. The Wednesday buy one get one special is one heck of a deal as well.
