I was having a conversation with a worker and noticed her using lots of organic ingredients and real Himalayan salt... this sparked my curiosity and I started paying attention to the food she was making ... I decided to buy lunch here after initially just grabbing my first ever coffee at this coffee shop .... to my surprise that dragon berry fruit bowl was absolutely amazing. I have never been to a place that uses clean ingredients like this. This was a great experience. 5 stars!

This is such a great place! The atmosphere is welcoming, plenty of seating, the employees super friendly and helpful. There are many vegan and veganizable food options so this is a great breakfast or lunch place. The owners care about sustainability and they actually pay and treat their employees well.
They don’t advertise themselves as vegetarian, but I can’t remember seeing meat on the menu. There is dairy and honey though.
And while I want to support this business just because it’s doing everything right, the food, juices and coffee is fresh and amazing too!!

Intuition is hands down the best coffee shop in Peoria! From the moment you walk in, the staff are friendly and down to earth + there is an excellent variety of juice, tea, coffee, smoothie, and espresso beverages while also maintaining high quality and expertise! The smoothie bowls and toasts are excellent, can be made gluten free, and there are loads of vegan options too. Atmosphere is perfect for anything - work/study or visiting with friends. If you come here once, you’ll never stop coming here! Personal faves: 12 oz hot coconut latte or a classic 6 oz cappuccino, dragon berry bowl or beet toast ✨

Such a cute coffee shop, plenty of space to sit and visit. The workers were very helpful and coffee was wonderful! I also appreciated the milk alternatives they offered, I ordered a peppermint mocha made with cashew milk! So good!

Food: Yes yes yes. Had a cappuccino and an espresso. Cap was fantastic. Worthy of the 5 stars in food category. Espresso was good. Not quite as smooth as I prefer in a shot, but that’s a personal preference I think. They roast their own beans, and know how to treat them. The only reason I didn’t get pictures of my coffee is because I forgot because of the conversations I got into!
Service: Friendly, and professional. I was walking to sit down with my espresso while they made my cappuccino and the guy (Trey) who was doing pour overs stopped me because he thought he knew me from somewhere (He did not, that we could think of), but then we got talking about coffee and the shop and he asked how I do my coffee at home etc. Fantastic short friendly conversation with a stranger. We need more of those in the world. He gave me merch just because he thought I was cool. Classy guy with coffee skills.
Atmosphere: I didn’t stay long because I had to get back to my work thing, but it was spacious and would have been a great place to hang out and work or talk.
10/10 would recommend.
