Jersey Mike's Subs

I have given this location 3 chances, all of which have been a let down. I will not be returning under any circumstances. I would rather drive the extra 15 minutes to a neighboring town than go to this location that is less than 5 minutes from me.
1st time I visited here I ordered online and upon my arrival 20 minutes later, I gave them my name at the counter. To my surprise, the order was not ready and had even been started. 6 staff members behind the counter upon my arrival and 3 other customers, so not an overwhelming rush taking place. After another 10 minutes my order was finally ready.
2nd chance, another online order, placed and arrived 20 minutes later to have 1 of the 2 sandwiches made as they forgot to make the 2nd one until I showed up. Same situation same result.
3rd chance today I went in person. I had a free sub coupon from the 2nd bad experience that needed to be used in person so I walked in and placed my orders. I then walked down, paid and used my coupon. Omw home, having had a great experience, I opened my 2 sandwiches and both were made missing ingredients. 1 missing an entire meat from the menu item sandwich I chose and the other missing peppers I very clearly ordered.
I wouldn't go here again even if every visit was free.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY PEORIA!!!

I've never had a bad Jersey Mike's sub until I got them from this location lol. Bread was dry, hardly any meat on the subs at all.

Never had jersey mikes so we tried it. I didn't like at all. Had roast beef 3 little itty slivers of onion on sandwich a bunch of lettuce and the vinegar and oil had no flavor. The music was playing so loud I couldn't hear the girl I had to stand on my toes to lean over glass to talk. The cashier girl spoke so so low couldn't hear her had to repeat. Didn't even finish the sandwich.

I’m born and raised in Peoria Illinois I heard that Jersey Mike’s was coming to my backyard. Of course I had to go and check it out. Let me tell you the line was out the door. I tried the club supreme, which is the #9 on Rosemary Parm bread. The bread was fresh. The ingredients was fresh the Staff was 10 out of 10 on customer service.if you haven’t stopped by Jersey Mike’s in Peoria Illinois I would 100% recommend it

I came on opening day expecting a long wait, but too my suprise I had my sandwich within 12 minutes. Impressive!
