This is the worst jimmy John’s that Peoria has ever had. They messed our order up today and they do every time we come here. The manager says she knew but we only got a refund of half our money and it was their fault. They don’t care about people and they order, they just want to get people money and mess over their food. METRO CENTER HAS THE BEST ONE JUST GO THERE AND I WILL NEVER RETURN to prospect JJs EVER. Skip this jimmy johns on your way home.

I usually order through the app and get exactly what I want every time. This time was abysmal. Over an hour to get, the food was made wrong, even the pickle tasted like strong onions (use a clean blade to slice things please). I'm extremely unhappy with their sudden change to a third party delivery service due to the extreme unreliability of Uber eats and doordash. This was supposed to be my lunch and it didn't get here until dinner.

I order from this store all the time. Today I waited for over an hour to not receive my sandwich. I called the store twice and the first time the girl I spoke to was rude to me and then I spoke with the manager and put me on hold just to tell me that the Uber driver just arrived. They could have atleast called me and told me they were short drivers and I would have came and picked it up instead of wasting my entire lunch hour waiting. No apology from management either. I wont be ordering again.

I come for the free smells, but I stay for the great sandwiches. The Jimmy hot peppers are a must add, for me. I still ate here when I was on keto, they wrap it well in lettuce. The Italian nightclub is my goto. Sometimes the gargantuan, which I found comically deceptive in name, when I was younger.

I usually order once a week, depending on how lazy I'm feeling lol. This location is the best one in my opinion. They've never made my order wrong, not even once. The people making the sandwiches pay proper attention to what you do and don't want on it, which is fantastic. Definitely a solid Jimmy John's and always the one I use!

High Prices - The staff was friendly and did a good job. However, this location is drastically overpriced. I ordered a meal deal with a chips and small drink and my total was $17.53. Sorry that’s outrageous. I realize inflation is kinda crazy, but this exact same meal across the river at different locations in Tazewell county is 5$ cheaper. I understand inflation and taxes are different in different communities but a 5$ difference on 1 meal less than 5 miles away. This is price gouging under the cover of inflation.

WAS ready to place order waiting for this black guy playing on his ph to take my order.Then says may I help you then with gin and a laf finally taking order. HERES THE KICKER was placing order for 3 sandwiches,drink go to pay he's says we don't expect $50.00 bills ok you lost business.The three sandwiches would been at least $50. Besides that's all I had. Guess thought the fifty bill was fake.GO back home try making better $50 bill.
