$12 for a sandwich !! That's HIGH !! The way the economy is now people are looking bargains !! I like the food here but can't afford it !! U guys need to lower your prices!! Then you would attract more business. But your prices keep people away. More business at Subway cause they have daily Specials.

Ordered 2 hot subs. One chicken bacon rand and one ultimate Italian. The first one has so much ranch you could not hardly taste the bacon, bread became soggy and very disappointing overall. The second one has so much oil on it I could have made 3 sandwiches with the amount of oil and still had extra. The entire bottom half of the bread was so soggy that where the bread should have had some crunch to it there was just a mush followed by a stream of oil. I don't pay damn hard earned money to get low quality food. If I wanted that I'd go to the Walmart deli section. The quality of this location has quickly gone downhill. You need to invest in some serious training and to make sure your basic equipment like a speaker in the drive thru can actually be heard. It is already tight enough to turn to get to the window, don't need more issues just to be able to hear the staff. Very disappointed.

Location has a habit of screwing up orders, not usually a big deal, just a missing ingredient here or there, not worth complaining about. Couple of times missing an actual sandwich or loaf of bread and they've always corrected no problem. Last 2 times they screwed up my hot beef and cheddar by adding horseradish sauce though. This last time I called to let them know and all I got was "I know we didn't because I watched them make it", which is weird to begin with. But admitted they had put crispy jalapenos on it by mistake, and that might be the spiciness. I like jalapenos, I know what jalapenos taste like. I hate horseradish, I know what it taste like. Last time I checked jalapenos didn't come in a white creamy sauce either. I offered to let them try the sandwich themselves, to which I was told "call customer service". That's fine, Jimmy so hard up they need my $11, they can have it. Their prices keep going up, the quality of ingredients keeps going down, and if they wanna be rude too, I'll just save myself money. It's just a sandwich shop. I'll sleep just fine without Jimmy in my life.

I order from here around 1-2 times a month and my order is always correct and it's done pretty quickly. My only complaint is that I usually don't receive my napkins that ask for with my mobile order.

Horrible service. I know the speaker is trash but just have people pull to the window instead of raising your voice at them that you can't hear. Took forever to get the food at the window, not sure what took so long as I had just ordered one combo. And with how rudely they spoke taking the order I didn't even want to risk eating the food. This use to be a reliable location but has gone down hill in the past couple of years.

This is the SECOND time in a month that a wrap was delivered as a sandwich. Manager is rude, makes excuses for their error. Said they'd have a new one sent out asap. 45 minutes later, NO FOOD. Called, told them we still didn't get our food to which he replied, "that's strange" then transferred ME to talk to HIS delivery driver! Claims set it at front door. We were outside the ENTIRE TIME. It's 20 minutes to close & we're still waiting. Management took ZERO accountability. In the meantime, the whole family eats EXCEPT the MOM on mother's day! Furious.

Regret not writing a great review until today, but my car died in the drive-through right in front of the window and two of the employees just sprang into action and helped me along with the driver behind me. Thank you guys so much.JJ Management: you are hiring the right kind of people.
